There is no direct phone number for the agent to our building. No vmail, messages left do not get any response. Emails take for ever to get a response and serious issues get ignored. As a Leaseholder I am constantly told what "their Client" wants or does not want. Routine maintenance is done/not done by trainees without any supervisors, so is a waste of our money! Erroneous information is given and the creative financing and false charges added will drive you crazy.

Lovejit and Aaron are very professional to work with, always very responsive. We have forged a very positive working relationship.
