I made a sale order from the main website as their Euro website do not ship to Sweden 🙄

I know I will pay Customs fee & Tax but less than the 300 kr they want me to pay upfront on the website. So I combined all my orders into 1big order from the sale but instead of saving, it ended up being asked to pay more by DHL because you ABH SPLIT MY ORDER & SENT IT SEPARATELY! But the worst part is YOU PUT THE TOTAL OF MY ORDERS ON BOTH SHIPMENT MAKING IT SEEM I ORDERD 2x of my Total 1310.88 sek!

WHERE IS JUSTICE IN THAT!
NOW OF COURSE IT SEEMS I MADE 2 orders of 1310.88 sek each!

I sent you all screenshot but no reply!

THE WORST PART IS WHEN I OPENED IT, 2 pelettes were broken!!!

No Resolution to the Issue of me paying double on my order that they split and put the total on both parcels making ne Pay 2x More!!!

Still no update on the BROKEN PALETTES even when I sent the photos already!!!

Is ABH Not Helping European Customers?! Is the customer seevice limited to only 1 country?!

COZ I BOUGHT 5 PALETTES NOT JUST 1 & This AWEFUL SERVICE US WHAT I GET!!!

worst customer service ever. they losted my first order and send me another one and so far so good. when both of them arrive I notify them and they without telling me anything try to contact the courier to have the package sent back, too bad it has already been delivered and I have already opened it. they tell me to send everything back and I tell them it's okay, but they fraudulently try to make me pay the courier. after a long time I convince them to start the return procedure themselves. today I delivered the items to the courier, I hope I no longer have to deal with them. Cringe. you demanded that I send it back to you at all costs and you treated me very badly even though I warned you of the problem! I have already sent the order back because I am a correct person. but a thank you would have been appreciated! if what you say is true I invite you to cancel the return yourself as I cannot do it. in that case I will update my review

Hi, I purchased first time from ABH , my order came damaged , got disappointed , I emailed them for return and was thinking never gonna shop there again but I am impressed from their customer service, satisfactory reply. They told me not to send them a damaged product but they are gonna send me same new product.

My pallet was broken when it came in the mail, i send right away email to them about it. I was surprised how fast I got an answer and they already shipped a new pallet to me :) really happy how fast it took

I love ABH palettes (I have always bought them from ULTA). I wanted to start collecting and exploring the shadow singles and this time went directly to the ABH site and placed my order, was given a confirmation and notified that my order was received and was being shipped within 24 hours. The order got to my house quickly but my empty palettes were missing and one shadow broke. I contacted the ABH team via email, they responded within hours and professional put their process in place to rectify the situation. I can say the shadows and the ABH team are top notch!!!

They have been so kind and helpful with any issue or question I had. And I think a major plus is how quick they were to take action towards my request.

I placed an order on Black Friday for two products. The shipment arrived quickly and well packed. However only one product was sent. I contacted Anastasia via email and they promptly replied. They are sending out the second item immediately. Efficient and excellent customer service! I will definitely shop here again.

Worst experience in my entire life final sale items even if its damaged they still dont offer refunds or exchanges. I will never order from them ever again. I have ordered from other companies they help you out with damaged items but this company forget it. Waste of money. Ill take the bite and loss for it. Other negative reviews were right the customer service is super horrible and stingy on refunda or exchanges. Mind you my product was just a kit not a sale item. They classified it as a sale item and made it final sale. Never in my life i will order from them again better off shopping at ulta.now in stuck with a damaged item.

When I received my recent order the pallet came damaged from shipping. The ABH team was quick to get a replacement pallet sent out to me! I was so thankful to not be stuck with the damaged pallet and that they were willing to provide a replacement, so happy and thankful for the quick resolution!

During the summer I had ordered 2 palettes and only 1 came in, I emailed them and heard back instantly. They apologized and sent my 2nd right away and I didn’t have to wait weeks or days. Took about 2 days and that was it to be delivered. Ordered 2 highlight palettes during Black Friday, they both arrived broken and I emailed them late that night with proof of damaged items and they responded back in the morning and immediately are sending me 2 new highlight palettes! They are seriously the sweetest and best! Easy communication and I never stress when I have to email them. 💞✨

I ordered an eyeshadow pallette, and it was packaged very well with foam, but it still came with a broken shadow. I wrote an email asking about a replacement and expected to hear back in the next few days. Within about 2 minutes I had a response, they just asked for photos for proof of purchase and damage, responded again within minutes and put in a replacement order for the whole pallette. They were polite, efficient and i am very pleased with their responses. 5 stars for both the products and the customer service!

I received a damaged palette in the mail and within 10 minutes of emailing customer service they had sent a confirmation that a new one would be shipping soon! Quickest and easiest customer service interaction I’ve ever experienced!

I always had quick, kindly answers to my questions when I contacted customer service. Also never had any trouble when I purchased in the store : we can say that ABH is a great and quality brand .

The only thing I regret is some awesome products I love that are regularly discountinued but we all know it's part of the game and many brands do it.

Ho fatto un ordine il 23/10 ed il pacco è arrivato il 28/10 (consegna standard). Considerando che il sabato e la domenica i corrieri non lavorano devo dire che è stata una consegna molto veloce. Sul sito europeo ti calcolano già le tasse così una volta pagato puoi stare tranquilla (dal sito europeo non paghi la dogana); per quanto riguarda il tracciamento appena il pacco si sposta viene scritto (tutto nei dettagli!). Ho avuto un’esperienza molto buona e devo dire che ho fatto bene ad ordinare qua invece che da Sephora (che tra l’altro non aveva il prodotto da me cercato!).

I asked about an eyeshadow color. Not only did they reply in a timely manner, but they put thought into their suggestions.

Best glow kits and brow makeup - I’ve tried the contour kits but I’m terrible at contouring so can’t give an honest opinion regarding that.
