I placed an order online and forgot to add the discount code. I emailed the customer services to explain the situation. They kindly added the discount to my order and refunded the difference to my order. Unfortunately I didn't receive the refund in the time scales advised. However when I replied to the email to advise I didn't receive the refund Gary sorted it right away and received a response and my issue was resolved within the hour. Well done Gary and the other guys in customer service at Andrew Christian! 👍😁

Will never buy from them again
Will never buy from them again. I’ve been a proud supporter of the brand for some years. During covid though it took 4-5 weeks to receive my package (2020) . I figured it was due to Covid.
Two weeks ago I placed another order, and again I’m not receiving clear communication of when the package will arrive or what the status of delivery is. The delivery agent doesn’t answer their phone and their website indicates that they have not received the goods.
For the price of Andrew Christian products, I can much rather find more local and better quality products closer to home. This was my last purchase from them. Never again.

Not impressed. After A comment to contact AC support (last week 5 May) and immediately doing so, I have not received any feedback. Your services are as bad as the delivery services you use. 0/5 points.
