I mostly dealt with Shauna throughout my process of getting debt advice and she was absolutely amazing. She was able to set things up very quickly and there was no pressure to be on a phone call going over everything. I was able to sort everything over email. As someone that's busy and also doesn't feel the most comfortable speaking about things, this was a big help! I already feel a sense of relief knowing I'm hopefully on the right track now. I started my DMP Aug 26. I've now made my 2nd payment on 28.9.26.

I came across this company on google and right from the start i knew I'd made the right decision. The staff are incredibly empathetic, understanding and friendly. (Sorry i can't remember individual names). They explained an IVA wouldn't be an option and explained why and explained the benefits of a DMP. I provide all my debts and signed up. I will say i was not pressured in any way and i understood the fee even though i know there is free companies. But what is a fee when they manage the creditors for you and get you an agreement and interest frozen! Worth every penny.

I've now got 2 years and 8 months left. Within 2 weeks a few creditors had already confirmed and i checked the balances on those accounts and i could see the agreed amounts were paid. Reassuring!.

They have WhatsApp readily available which I've used a few times.. They explained what would happen with debt letters, accounts being closed etc, if i come into finance difficulties etc.

I cancelled all my DD and now I'm not worrying when i get paid and can sleep better at night. I will never get ant Credit again such as loans and CC. I will be taking this as a second chance in life at 39years old and learn if i want something then i have to save!

Brilliant service and really dug me out of a hole

My experience made me feel less anxious. Lydia dealt with with me over WhatsApp which was helpful, as it's hard to talk to someone when you feel embarrassed of your situation. Lydia made sure I had all the information I needed and went through everything in detail to make sure the debt management I requested was for me. I didnt feel judged or feel overwhelmed. I'm very thank full and feel more convenient my debt will now be sorted. Thank you Lydia 🙂
