I’ve been struggling with debts for a while now and kept my head under water, however recently I decided it’s time to get all my finances sorted. I looked online and found this company, and honestly from the first initial message, everyone has been so friendly, supportive and helping me to the best of my ability. It has only taken a few weeks to organise everything and now from next month I am going to be starting a financial plan. I’ve spoken to a few people, but two main names I can recall is Lisa and Charlie - so thank you very much to these two who have helped me massively. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me and I can now focus on getting my life back.

I was overwhelmed and felt ashamed, having been in a spiral of debt consolidation for years. One call to Angel Advance and the relief is palpable! The whole process of setting up the DMP was completed in 2 days, I make my first payment on the 16/09, I’ve just cancelled all
my debt payment DDs, cut up all my cards and I feel like a weight has been lifted. I know there will likely be contact from creditors but Tracey reassured me and I know how to respond. I was originally looking at an IVA or bankruptcy, however, through clear explanation I realised a DMP was the way forward for me. I can honestly say I had hit debt rock bottom and perhaps I needed to, I will never have credit again, and the thought of going into my next pay day and not watching my debt drain my salary is worth every penny of the small fee. 5* Though I will likely cancel...

Very easy online/WhatsApp set up. Automatically finds your creditors which is the hardest part and does not ask for Impossible account numbers. Understanding of circumstances and quite a good process. The only reason I will likely cancel is that I have a free stepchange offer of £55 less waiting to be confirmed. However step change process is dog excrement, the ui and JavaScript is terrible and it doesn't find creditors automatically and you have to go hunting for account numbe to proceed. But it is a charity after all! On the contrary Angel Advance is great and may be worth the private fees to some and even me depending on what step change want from me. They also offer a 14 day money back cooling off period and or a 28 no questions asked cancellation policy. Pretty good i'd say

Edit: 6 stars!!! I did indeed cancel and the process was smooth and non guilt tripping. The lady on WhatsApp only asked a couple of questions to ensure stepchange were definitely going ahead to ensure I wasn't left without either arrangement. They also explained that If the reason was step change being smaller payments they can revise the application if suited but did not force this issue atall and was just a polite notice incase I wanted to. They explained I can reapply any time and I was given both an inform email from the agent and then official signed letter explaining my account is closed.

This company is not a vulture and I believe the CEO must have set it up with a genuine ethos of helping people rather than solely profiting from the poor or desperate.
