SCAM !! Dont order from this website. The dresses look nothing in person like they do online. I messaged them for a refund they still haven't answered .

FRAUDULENTA empresa ANGELENITA.com con publicidad ENGAÑOSA en redes sociales sin teléfonos de contacto, sin dirección, ni admisión de devoluciones a su nombre ofrece los productos, que no posee. Un vestido de calidad pésima y totalmente erróneo de lo pedido me fue enviado, desde China?! Ni talla, ni color, ni modelo del vestido enviado no coincidieron con mi pedido. Estoy carteándome con ellos todavía, no solucionaron mi reclamación, ni devolvieron el dinero! Después de un mes de carteo, ofrecen quedarme con el vestido que NO pedí y con promesa de devolverme el 40% del importe pagado!? Pague por adelantado por una cosa y recibí otra cosa totalmente diferente , encima debo pagar por el error de ellos enviando por mi cuenta el vestido a una dirección que me sugieren en China! Que yo tenga que asumir el coste de SU error para que me devuelven el dinero!!! El coste del envío a China supera el precio del vestido!
NO LES COMPREIS NADA! No tienen ética profesional y si no resuelven amistosamente el problema, pienso denunciarles .

Scam. Really poor quality and bad customer service. They refuse to send me the return label and I’ve been asking for over two weeks for it. I want my money back!!! Don’t buy here!!!!!

The dress I bought was missing a shoulder strap. Now I can't get hold of the Customer Service anymore. First they decline the defected return/refund and claimed it looked the same as the picture online. After I pointed out that the dress was missing a shoulder strap they told me that they was forwarding my message to a manager, after that they have ghosted me. This is a SCAM.

Ich wollte ein Kleid für Abschluss Feier kaufen und dann hab ich deren Werbung bei Pinterest gesehen das Kleid sah so schön aus und dann hab ich mir eins bestellt und erst danach ist mir dann aufgefallen dass es ein scamm ist weil ich die richtige Seite gefunden hab die heißt Haus of CB oder so und dar kostete es 230 Euro ich wollte dann die Bestellung stornieren aber dann haben die mir gesagt das es zu spät sei weil die Bestellung schon raus sei dann dachte ich mir egal ich warte darauf als es dann angekommen ist war ich schokiert das ist angekommen mit so ein schlechtes Qualität und die Farben stimmen garnicht ich hätte es nicht mal kostenlos gekauft dar es so schlechte Qualität hat. ich hab dann versucht es zurück zu schicken aber die haben dann die ganze Zeit mir irgendwelche Begründung gesagt ja jetzt hab ich 50 Euro minus und kann auch nix dagegen machen ich wollte nur nicht das es auch andere sehen also kauft dar niemals irgendwas

If I could give 0 I would! I ordered a size M after I consulted their size guide but what arrived was XS. When asked them to reimburse they said I should have requested advise from their team before buying and therefore I was not entitled to a reimbursement. They offered me (like if they were doing a favour to me!) a 50% reimbursement, which I accepted but never saw in my bank account. Do not buy, they are very unprofessional and scammers.

They are scammers. They sent me a completely different dress than I ordered. They will not pay you back your money. Don't buy it from this website. 

If I could give this a 0 I would. My order didn’t arrive in time, so I asked for it to be cancelled as it hadn’t been shipped. I was told this wasn’t possible as it had already been processed, I then received an email 3 days later telling me my item had been processed. I wish they cancelled it like I asked (which was within their guidelines) so I wouldn’t be going through this current situation. I have been trying to return my item for a week now, going back and forth with “customer services”, who haven’t told me the post/zip code or which courier I need to use to return my parcel. I looked on their website and it says I have to use FED EX, this would cost me £70 to return!!! The customer services team has been no help at all. I couldn’t be more disappointed and frustrated with a service.

Awful poor quality arrived damaged and refused a full saying dress was not damaged I did it. This was for my daughter’s prom and cost £50. Offered 30% refund in which didn’t even get that them saying problem with their banking system.
I paid on credit card so going through my bank.
Awful customer service do not order from this company!

No shipping number no contact no package its a dropshipping scam

The items took forever to be delivered. And when they arrived the dresses were horrible quality and the zippers were not staying up. They had no invoice or receipt in the package. When asked about there return policy they said they didn't have one which it clearly states they do on their website. When I confronted her about it she gave me an address to send it back to and that it had to be sent back FedEx. I took it to a FedEx shipping center and it was going to cost twice what I paid for the dresses to send it back. I paid $50 per dress which is absolutely ridiculous given the extremely poor quality. I 100% do not recommend them or say anyone buy any of their dresses.

De maat van het bestelde artikel klopt totaal niet. Ik had een L besteld maar de maat was S.
Retourneren is een heel gedoe, mag alleen via FedEx en kost tientallen Euro's en dat is het bestelde artikel niet waard.
Zonde van het geld.

Vestido totalmente diferente al que compre, no se puede poner, mal estructurado con costuras extrañas.
La devolucion la paga el cliente contando que el envio se tiene que devolver a china 25 euros vaya.... de un vestido que costo 50 i devuelven el 30%.... 15 euros.
QUE NADIE COMPRE, UNA VERGUENZA.

Appalling scam! I purchased a pair of trousers poorly made do not fit asked for a return and they have evaded everything.
Just so you know it cost £20.00 to return an item to their manufacturer in China. I only got the address because I made a pest of myself. On Who is it’s not legit but I managed to find the actual owner and she closed the business in 2022. Watch out it is a complete scam Poor quality and terrible sizing. You will not get your money back unless you report the scam to the bank.

Completely scam site, horrendous products with unacceptable quality, 100% guaranty of money back is a lie

Currently has fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. I only found this out after I made my purchase.
