Hello Natalie, you informed us that 3 strands had came away from the metal tip which is unheard of for us, when we offered to get the hair re-tipped, you then told us you had already threw two strands away. We are disappointed that you are saying "dreadful customer service" when we had offered to help you.
Why was I charged for next day delivery
Ordered Thursday 11.23am (before bank holiday)
My order was not posted out until Tuesday (this should have been posted out Thursday as I ordered before 12 noon or at the latest on the Friday.
There was no answer at the warehouse when I chased this up and no note on their website advising customers that they would be closed Thursday & Friday before the bank holiday.
I was still charged the £8.95 for next day pre 1pm delivery but my order took 5 days to arrive even though bank holiday was only 1 day.

Hello Nicola, I can see Royal Mail delivered your parcel late. This is out of our control as it is Royal Mail who deliver the parcels. We can claim to get your postage money back as Royal Mail did not deliver on time, please contact us for this.

Hello Dotty, our bundles are sold by weight not the number of strands. For example if you buy a 16g bundle, usually you will get 20 strands but as it's sold by the weight it could be some more or less.

Absolutely awful hair extensions ive never had such bad extentions in all my life!! Do not waste youre money, ive messsed an trying yo contact then even by email and they are totally ignoring me an i think they will wait till 30 days are up then say i cant return the hair. I had the hair in 2 days and it notted really bad its snapped awfully i paid 514 pounds for hair to snapp matt an wont brush very well! It smells like sentheic hair!! Im absolutely devastated as im a mum an just wanted a new look and i got this as the outcome! Beauty works all the way!!! This hair is awful and i wouldnt ever go back do not waste youre money people i will be posting all over socials too!

Hello Chelsey, you emailed us on 03/08/25 when we were closed and then left us this review 2 hours later. This is why you didn't receive a reply straight away. Our hair is 100% Human hair not synthetic. Regarding the hair "snapping", you admitted on Whatsapp that you hadn't had the ends cut off, this is the over hang you are looking at not snapped hair. The over hang should always be cut off.

I’ve had my hair fitted on the 23rd of may , I’ve had multiple hair brands in the past and this is by far the worst constantly matting with lots of knots no matter what I do after brushing 5 minutes later there just so many knots. Lots of hair is coming out due to this not very happy really as I feel like I’m gonna be replacing very soon

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, never known anything like it. I have always been a customer of angel remy, never had an issue but this time was different. I approached angel remy via instagram, as the hair I have only had in for 3 weeks feels extremely thin. Whoever was behind the instagram was rude throughout and said they would only speak with my hairdresser as she’s the one with the account who ordered the hair but if I ring and speak to a manager then maybe they’ll speak with me. Yesterday i rang and spoke to DONNA who if I remember rightly is the owner. She is the most rudest, arrogant person I have ever come across. She was making out that I’m lien about how much hair I’ve had put in and she will only speak to my hairdresser then went on to put the phone down 😂! Not once was I rude to this lady! Imagine acting this way towards your customers! Then my hairdresser rings today and because the hair isn’t ‘faulty’ as such there is nothing they can do! The hair is awfully thin when it shouldn’t be!!!!!! How is this ok???? So now I have wasted nearly £400 because you won’t even give me ‘A RETURNING CUSTOMER’ the time of day to try to rectify this. I saved up for months to buy this hair. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself DONNA, you’re a rude arrogant person!! Never ever ever again will I purchase anything from ANGEL REMY!

Hello Dominique, you did not purchase any hair from us and have not spent any money with us, your hairdresser did which is why we would only speak to her. Check our terms and conditions to see we will only ever deal with the person made the purchase. After speaking with your hairdresser you requested the AngelWeft which you were told is much more discreet and will lay alot flatter than the Superweft you are used to which is where your confusion has started the hair is not faulty it's just a different method. Nobody has been rude to you either, when you were told over the phone several times we needed to speak with the purchaser you started shouting rather than getting your hairdresser to contact us. When the hairdresser did then call the following day they confirmed you had the 180g AngelWeft fitted which is exactly what you had agreed with her to have fitted originally.
First time purchase
First time purchase, fast delivery and really happy with the quality of the hair, will buy again
