Courier misdelivered a package leading to it being stolen - dealing with the Animal/Mountain Warehouse team was very easy and straightforward and order got re-dispatched immediately. Thanks to Joanne, Valentina and Talise for their prompt and very polite support.

The customer care officer Joanne was absolutely brilliant. I spent the best part of an afternoon trying to locate my receipt and Joanne was lovely and patient and her emails were friendly and full of understanding and empathy, Joanne also took the trouble to contact the warehouse to try and locate the parcel.
Joanne is a credit to your organisation.

Hace 3 años y mediante la asociación Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, en Kenia, Nairobi. Adopté a Naleku, una niña preciosa con un inicio de vida terrible.
Hace 2 días adopté a Mwinzi, un bebé de 9 meses, muy pequeñito y cómo todos, terriblemente mal herido y traumatizado.
Si supierais lo importantes que somos en sus vidas, es por eso que cuando salen los asesinos furtivos, ellas arrasan con todo lo que tienen por delante, poblados, cosechas, etc., no entienden que el hombre, que en tantos momentos de su vida, se han ayudado mutuamente, se necesitan, no entienden que les hagan dolor, que los persigan durante días llenos de pequeñas flechas malditas de veneno, es igual si es una madre con su bebé, un macho con colmillos...alguien, algún humano recuerda cuántas veces estos colmillos os han ayudado a levantar un árbol caído sobre una choza, o han plantado cara a una manada de leones hambrientos. Nunca os parais a pensar en cuánto nos parecemos, porque la vergüenza y el remordimiento os hiere, sabéis que lo que hacéis està mal, y ellos no lo entienden, por eso a veces, mientras les disparais, apenas se mueven, os miran con un dolor inmenso en su corazón.
Porque no comprende que sus amigos humanos les hagan tanto daño !
Escribo esto y mi teclado està mojado de tantas lágrimas...me es igual lo que penseis si compartiendo mis sentimientos hago que alguno de vosotros se una a "nuestra manada".

After sending back a hoodie nearly 2 weeks ago I was a bit concerned why I hadnt received my refund, I spoke via email to a very helpful lady named Bethany Sayer, she said it can take up to 14 days but would like to clear up this matter for me, I sent her my inpost receipt & she is now issuing my refund, very quick efficient service from Bethany, thank you.

Great service. Muhhamad Shah in customer service was very helpful and polite. Got very fast reply for my questions. Would defenetly recommend shopping on Animal website

Absolutely excellent customer service. I bought something in store which I wanted to return to them direct as I don't live anywhere near a store. I sent an email which was responded too within hours and I was able to return via post and all sorted within 24 hours. The customer rep Joanne, was so helpful. Great, I will definitely shop at animal again.

Joanne McMenemy looked after my request for a new returns form after I carelessly lost the one which came with the order. Everything was resolved in a few hours during the Christmas period which took me bg suprise and just goes to show Animals staff are as good as their products. 10/10

Service by Mountain Warehouse has been good however the delivery service they use is less than average. My item was left on the door step when there was a more secure area just to the left out of plan sight of passers by and now my item has gone missing and I wont have it for Christmas !

What fabulous service by Pina. I called to see if I could return a faulty item received today from an online order in my local store, which she informed me I could and also checked stock replacement and wonderfully she re-ordered my item to come as next day delivery. A really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who certainly flew the flag for Animal/MW. Knowing how good the customer service is encourages me to shop here again! Well done!

Delivery not arrived in time, this is the fifth day and there is no sign of it,

Can't fault the customer service. Very helpful and professional. The only reason it's only 4 stars' is the fact Animal do not offer an exchange option. Which i found unusual. Other than that, a very good customer service. Thank you, Kamini, and Joanne.

Don’t recommend !!

I made an order in early October, the next day I received an email that the order had been shipped. More than 10 days have passed and nothing has come. I called to find out where the swarm order is, so which ones are tracked by tracking number. I was told that an error had occurred and my order had not been shipped (This item is not available). They promised to make a refund. And there is still no order or refund. I've already written several times and called again 👉🏻 nothing!! I don't Watch out!! Despite receiving two confirmation emails, one from Animal and a second from sister company Mountain Warehouse (for a completely different amount!), two weeks on I have still not received the item I ordered, neither of the two different tracking numbers are registering as connected to a parcel and having contacted customer services three times and awaiting their 48 hour "investigation", I have heard nothing. Now requesting my money back. Will see if any response occurs! Would not recommend getting embroiled in this to anyone - shop elsewhere.

I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, 7 days later no good have arrived, shockingly appalling service.
An incorrect tracking number means I can’t even track the goods, absolutely abysmal!
Several messages/emails and telephone calls, no response! I have now asked for a full refund and still no response, this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced and why I am writing this review in the hope I receive my full refund and to warn other customers!
I will never purchase from this store again!!

After 15+ years using animal this is the worse customer service and returns procedure I have ever experienced, retuned 3 items cost £150 and 21 days later still no refund, I have never written a bad review in my life! And I’ve had to resort to leaving a bad review on trust pilot to try and get a response, I will never order animal products ever again.

The customer care team attended to my query and took action quickly. From a customer standpoint this is encouraging and what we want to see.
