I have not received the order
Nor has any one replied to my email
Since this review I have spoken to them
It was first class customer service and I’d in fact Royal Mail at fault not animallife
Royal Mail did not leave a card to say they had attempted delivery

Good afternoon Dawn, thank you for chatting with me on the telephone. As discussed Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 2nd December but unfortunately did not card your property. Works well for my horse

Works well for my horse. Only thing I would ask is for refills to be sent differently. I have loads of tubs and scoops not needed. Would prefer to help the planet with less plastic waste

Real help provided

I needed help with signing up for 'subscription ' purchases as use Vetrofen and Vetroflex for both my horses
Having sent an email I was contacted by Sam by phone butI was not able to hold a meaningful conversation at that time We agreed to speak the next day and received an email confirming the same
In that conversation I had the whole system fully explained and was given step by step help to place my order
How pleasant to get real customer service
