I ordered a dress on the 5th April still waiting and they haven’t given me any real update just that they are looking into it which they clearly aren’t. Waited 3 weeks already it’s absolutely disgusting as per all the other comments about this company with orders. I’ve emailed the same email they’ve told everyone on here to email and it bounces back even that’s a complete SCAM!!!!!

I bought a dress from here and sent it back for return I was told I would receive a full refund from there returns team. Since then I’ve only received automated responses for 3 weeks about how they are checking the warehouse for my dress. I was then replied to on trust pilot to email helloalblondoncouk (doesn’t include the @ as I cannot include an email in my review) which is an invalid address. Do not order from here I am so disappointed!!!!!

Speedy delivery. Dresses are amazing quality & unique design. My go to brand for occasion dresses!

My experience has been shocking, I ordered a dress for my holiday 4 weeks ago and they have messed me around and their now saying my order was delivered and won’t give me tracking information, nothing had been delivered, I have cameras and would of caught the delivery on the system, customer services are shocking. I would not buy anything from them again. People be aware!!!

Scam . Purchased a 160 dress and received no goods! After asking for the tracking information on multiple occasions the company continue to ignore my request and continue to tell me the order was received giving no evidence.

Avoid this company there fraudsters !

PAID for a ‘pre-order’ of the Cassini Orange, never received it, and still waiting on a refund. 50 days!
When I chased them up I got a response that made no sense — rambling about delays being normal for pre-orders, while they’re busy fulfilling regular orders for the same dress ahead of people who paid first.
Then instead of addressing my refund, they tried to upsell me on the pink version. The pink version! I want my money back, not a colour swap!
I’ve issued a Section25, my bank are investigating and reported to TS as this is nonsense.
Oh and Lisa is CLEARLY AI responses!!!

Nothing positive to say. Order still not arrived after 4 weeks. Constants delaying tactics and lies in correspondence. Unprofessional correspondence when they did respond. Strongly advise people to shop elsewhere and get the level of service the companies prices deserve. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

I’ve own 4 dresses by this brand and I can honestly say the quality on the dresses are simply amazing. My recent order was a black dress and it’s super cute although a little longer than expected as I’m tall anyway. Highly recommended… thank you 🤍

Absolutely love the look and quality feel of their dresses. The cut is so flattering, and I get lots of lovely compliments.

Paid for next pay delivery didn’t come the next day then when I wanted to return ahead to claim with my bank as ran into so many problems and excuses. Customer service respond but don’t resolve any of the issues I had and just ask you to be patient. Have reported to trading standards.

I ordered 2 dresses waiting 16 days had to email AL apologies said they would said dresses. Only received one said in email they had sent 2 then refunded 1 dress same day so disappointing dress they said they had not sent was waiting to wear to a function .

Ordered two dresses had to email to find out where they were some 12 days later the prompt seemed to have a effect has 1 dress was sent and a refund for the other when I placed my order both dresses were in stock so very poor show and you have lost me has a customer

Beautiful dresses no doubt but everything else lies questionable.

It's always hard to determine when buying items online whether they will fit or not but ALB had a hassle-proof exchange policy which seemed very straight forward so I purchased. This was not the case.
I tried 2 dresses on that I bought- neither fit. Wanted to exchange them. None in stock for both dresses so I was advised to return them.

Turns out they have a separate stock for exchanges and separate stock for new purchases. I returned them the next day. Their policy states after it landing in the warehouse the refund will be issued 5-7 days afterwards. This is also not the case.
I received no confirmation of a return, I had to chase this MULTIPLE times with them and also was confirmed by the courier that this was signed for at their end.
I am now 9+ days after it's been back in their possession and still waiting for my refund. Essentially paying for 4 dresses which is close to £400 but only owning 2.

They are very helpful when they think they're keeping or gaining your custom/money (for exchanges or purchases) but for refunds the responses are very lackluster and quite frankly terrible providing no meaningful outcome.

On top of this, they deduct £5 from your total refund for "admin" fees which don't sit well. But this is assumed they are taking this because they are going to do right by the customer and use this money to complete to honest and promised timelines.

Another fail.

It's such a shame because they are having other companies ripping off their dress designs for MUCH cheaper.
I will always support the smaller companies where I can but when money is owed back, looking after customers END TO END, it doesn't feel like this is their priority and bad service alone is enough to make you reconsider to these other brands.

Amazing dresses! Great material and designs. Unfortunately customer service is just a chat bot, and their return system does not successfully pay out refunds even though the bot claims it's on its way. Had to raise a dispute via my credit card company.

Do not order from this company. The dress was too small and they WILL NOT let you return it. Ignore all your emails and the return portal says error on the website. I have also heard of some people managing to return items but never receiving their refunds. I had to sell the dress for half the price I got it for just to make some money back.

Never received a refund for returning my item. I sent many emails back and forth with this brand asking for my refund. They confirmed the parcel had been delivered back to them and a refund was coming however 2 weeks later they claimed the parcel never got delivered when I have proof from Royal Mail. Ordered in February and still not received a refund and emails are now being ignored. Avoid

Returned item over 3 weeks ago with proof of purchase tracked Royal Mail and still not received the refund. Multiple emails back and fourth saying the same thing. Do not order from here!!

Ordered on the 18th of February, still haven’t received over 2 months later. They sent me half my money back and kept £67. Have had lots of emails with conflicting information, some saying it’s been delivered, some saying the size was out of stock, a few saying I’ve had a full refund (I haven’t) and the latest this week is that it’s on its way next week, then 24 hours later an email to ask for a review, replied to be told that I have had a full refund last month 😂😂

I placed an order on 29 March, and it has now been 4 weeks without receiving my parcel. After contacting the courier, I was informed that they are unable to locate the shipment once it reached the destination country, as it was sent without adequate tracking or insurance.

I have also reached out to ALB multiple times. Most responses have come from their AI assistant, and on the occasions where I appear to have reached a human representative, the replies have been generic, stating only that the issue is being investigated and that I will be updated when more information is available.

Unfortunately, it has been almost a month now, with no meaningful update and no replacement sent. This order was intended for my holiday, and the lack of resolution has been extremely disappointing.
