Our family of four had a great day at the Lord’s Test. From our initial contract through to our ticket delivery, the process was flawless. We were kept informed at every point of ticketing, hospitality times etc. we would not hesitate to use again.

Clear instructions and information ahead of the day of the event, and all went to plan, with no issues. Clients had a super day out. Well organised and would use AOK again!

A big thank you to Holly, Elle and the team at AOK for arranging tickets for Robbie Williams at the Emirates Stadium for me. This booking was part of my Wife's 50th Birthday celebrations and the whole process was effortless, with great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Our experience was flawless. AOK emailed the tickets and clear instructions for the event with ID requirements, how to get to Roland Garros and what to expect once there. This entrance was smooth without hectic crowds. The day was perfect. I highly recommend AOK and will use them again!

Total chaos. Ticket time, doors open 1pm, event start 1.30.queued from 12.50. Finally screen says performance the 3pm. No information, no apologies crammed into a large mass of people until 2 pm. Exhausting and scary feeling trapped and hoping there is no emergencies. My5th viewing of a version of W of W and certainty not the best.
I am sure this will be my last visit to O2 after such contemptuous treatment

To be honest you are always a bit nervous nowadays when you part with big money for ticket events, but the communication provision of office and mobile numbers soon dispelled any fears. Unfortunately the Cup Final didn't have the result we wanted but not for the facility and seats. Diamond experience provided great atmosphere with attentive staff, really nice cuisine and drinks brought to table. All went with required efficiency and with my father of 88 made sure nice touches like close to facilities and quieter table were catered for. The price of tickets is linked to demand but the seats were located in bock 249 which provided and excellent view and access to the facilities. We were allowed to use the facility for 90 minutes after thematic which proved invaluable to allow the crowds to thin out before heading off to Wembley Tube Station.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to final event. Jenny kept us well informed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

I had a James Bond themed party for my 50th birthday. AOK Events organised Sarah to sign bond themed songs as everyone arrived. She was outstanding and set the tone for the entire evening. The planning was impeccable and I can't recommend them highly enough.
