I have purchased several items over the years from Apache and I am now of the opinion that they sell cheap market stall grade products at inflated prices and have no regard for consumer statutory rights.

This summer I purchased two dresses which both developed faults within the first six months, one of them within the first three months. On one the fabric developed holes and on another a tassel fastening dropped off.

When I contacted their customer service I was advised that if the dresses still had tags attached I could return for a refund. Obviously I had worn them, why else would I purchase them?

I explained that as both faults had occurred within six months of reasonable wear that I was protected under my statutory rights. For those not aware they should have offered me either a repair, replacement or refund. None of these options were forthcoming but they instead advised me that under their own T&C's any faults should be notified within 30 days of purchase. I pointed out that UK legal protections for consumers (statutory rights) supersede their own T&C's but now they just choose to ignore me. Shocking behaviour from a seemingly professional business.

I have reported them to trading standards and will attempt to recover my costs via my credit card but be warned fellow shoppers, a terrible example of customer service from an independent business.

Can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this company. Ordered a black Gimme Me dress which arrived next day. Great fabric. Drapes well. I am 5ft 1in and 67kg and it is difficult to find dresses to fit. This was perfect. So flattering. I then ordered another longer dress with handkerchief bottom and slits in sides which was equally flattering. Such a find and really great value. Thank you.

I love this shop I really do, however I have to question the quality on the some of their items. I bought a dress and it had a small hole in it, it was quickly resolved by the excellent customer service team. I also bought a Parrot Paradise Dress well before a wedding I was attending. I went to iron it and I noticed the hem stitching had come away, I was gutted. I contacted customer service and I was offered 20% voucher, as the 30 days had expired. Whilst the customer service is quick and apologetic, however I feel now the quality isn’t great, I would rather pay more for items that would last longer. I turned down the 20% voucher as I probably won’t shop there again. I have bought other items and I’ve been happy, but it’s hit and miss.

Received my black gimme dress yesterday,excellent value,good quality.. it’s just really my style..love it ☺️☺️

I’ve just bought from Apache Shops for the first time after seeing their adverts on Facebook.

I was a little apprehensive at first as I’ve been stung before but after seeing all of their reviews, decided to take the chance.

Well let’s just say I’m so glad I did!
First of all not only did the order arrive very Very fast! (Placed the order on Friday lunch time & it arrived the very next day on a Saturday) the clothing was wrapped beautifully and the dress I ordered is lovely quality and have had loads of compliments on it in just under a week of owning it, which has really helped with my confidence.
I think I’ve found my new favourite shop! Thank you Apache

I purchased the "She's a Lady" top in Denim Blue. I followed the care instructions and after its first wash in the machine its come out several shades lighter, to a very light blue. I'm hugely disappointed. I have purchased other items at the same time which I haven't worn yet. I'm dreading to think how they will turn out after one wash. I'd never purchase from Apache again. Also, some of their length measurements are not accurate on their dresses. I had to send one back due to the length being 6 inches shorter than that stated on their website!

Fast delivery very nicely packaged love it I bought the top over top dress in navy and I’m a size 14 but it would also fit a size up or down.

Wow ordered on the Wednesday and delivered Thursday. All packaged up in tissue paper. The splish splash dress is fantastic. I will certainly be buying amother one

When the items arrive they look pretty good quality. They are not! After just a few wears the “magic trousers” are thinning and blobbed. I also bought a bat winged jumper and it too went shapeless and bobbled, and a dress I’ve bought and worn 4 times had split. The stitching is so poor. The adverts are done by a model who has literally just put them on for a few minutes and teams it with incredibly expensive shoes to give the appearance that everything is top quality. Avoid. All three items I have bought are fit for the bin. I’ve retuned two items already and not received any refund or communication. I’ve only just started wearing the dress and it really needs returning too. I won’t be ordering from them again and I would strongly advise anyone against being a customer. [Since writing this review, I did receive a refund for the two items I returned and communication about my review] I really wish there was an option to add photos to this review to show you just how poor quality the clothes are ☹️

Not only are all my orders posted immediately, I’ve become slightly addicted to ordering every single style and colour of midi dress available; each is amazing quality and fits like a dream. I have bought 4 items from Apacheshops over the last few months, 3 different colours in the same style, the Gimme More Dress & my newest purchase, the Abbey Road Dress.
Each time my parcel arrived via Royal Mail within a couple of days of ordering. Each time my dresses were beautifully packed in tissue & each time I have been delighted with my purchases. The fabric drapes well & the styles are flattering.
I am a size 18 & 5ft 4, I know what I like & what suits me & I’m glad I found Apacheshops. I have received compliments wearing my dresses.

Ok, I am a size 14 and an 5ft 6 with lumps n bumps that I don't like showing off! I love drapey clothes and the clothes as modelled look wonderful on the video model (who looks much slimmer and more petite than me) I have now gone ahead and ordered quite a few items in various styles as trying to work out what styles flatter and what don't. So my experience is that some of the clothes 'swamp' me and just aren't flattering (ship in full sail comes to mind) but others are very good in terms of being sophisticated, drapey and non clingy. So I think you have to actually try the stuff on your own body shape as the model makes everything look wonderful. Some of the 'one sizing' I don't feel always works. The clothes themselves vary, the material in most is good, hangs well and doesn't make
you feel hot. However there was one dress I received that was really far off the colour on the website and as displayed in the video and when I reached out to them by email the response wasn't very helpful and 'studio lighting' was blamed. The colour received was actually totally different but no free return was offered. Saying that, I have my favs now of the clothes and am waiting for stock to come in. When something DOES flatter you want it in every colour!

I ordered the Monroe dress in royal blue on the Wednesday and received it on the Saturday all wrapped in lovely tissue paper. I am only 5ft 1” and a size 18-20 and it fits beautifully. The length on me is midway between knee and ankle. The dress has enough material on the skirt to swing and sway. I was so delighted I ordered the other 2 colours right away. It is a stunning colour and the wide elastic waistband is really comfy. The elastic round the arm hole and bust hugs so there are no gaps. The dress is very lightweight but feels really glamorous when wearing it. I bought it for holidays abroad and will be ideal to keep me cool and not take up much space in the suitcase. I am really delighted and would definitely recommend.

I got the royal blue wide leg palazzo trousers. They are fab, great fit.
I'm waiting for other colours to come back in stock. Certainly will buy more.

What a breath of fresh air dealing with this company . Left it late to order for a holiday , messaged them to ask if I could get them quickly , personal reply confirming ! Arrived less than two days , wrapped with a little message . Two of the three dresses were perfect for me . The third was a lovely dress just not quite right for me ! Returns process simple . Will definitely use again !
