I've had so many items both for myself and have bought for friends as gifts , everything is of high quality and delivery has been exceptionally good , it's my go to site and I'm sure I will be purchasing many more items .

Debbie Coldwell - Clothes are well packed and arrive within a couple of days. The app is easy to navigate and it really helps to know the height of the model. I have only had one issue with a garment where the stitching had come away but it was dealt with swiftly - so no complaints. I would like to see free delivery if you spend a certain amount

After reading one bad review on trust pilot I was very apprehensive about ordering, but took a chance as I feel in love with a silk top, and it wasn’t expensive, my Order arrived neatly packaged the next day, I was over the moon the quality was first class, the fit was perfect, needless to say this will be my first stop buying website!!

Absolutely love everything I have bought from this company and the lady (Mia) I believe who models the clothing is simply lovely cheery smiley soul and wears every outfit beautifully highly recommend everything great fabric design well everything!

Have bought a lot from apacheshops. Keep going back for more! Clothes are comfortable and more importantly for me not made from polyester. They arrive quickly and well packed. The sizing allowed me to take the clothes on an all inclusive cruise for 2 weeks and still look good on me at the end. Have bought 10 items plus and returned only 2 items due to not suiting me colour wise. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to buy items from a facebook ad, but after reading some of the reviews on here and considering the items are very fairly priced, I thought I'd risk it and see for myself. I'm glad I did, as I received both the items I ordered quite quickly, and I'm absolutely thrilled with both, and got compliments from both my adult daughter and partner when trying them on. The fabrics are also wonderfully soft, and the items are well shaped, flattering and extremely comfortable. All in all a very pleasant experience at a very decent price.

I love this shop. The clothes are always well made, they cater for the larger lady too! Delivery is fast, yes you have to pay to send items back but a lot of small businesses have this rule. I don't mind personally. Ordered quite a few things and only returned one due to not liking the colour on me. Will be shopping again in future!

Excellent customer experience with fast delivery. The jumper I purchased was beautiful but I spotted a small manufacturer fault. I reported this with photos and requested if it could be replaced. Apache Shops were exemplary and offered a replacement straight away. I received the replacement promptly and it’s perfect! Thank you so much.

Really fast delivery. The clothes were packed so lovely & covered in tissue paper like you get in high end shops. The clothes themselves were fab and really good quality. I will definitely be ordering again!

The item was delivered the next day and very nicely packaged. The snuggle dress I purchased was a one size and I'm a 14-16 and 5 ft 3 with lots of room to manouvre but not so big that it didn't look good. Quality was fine for a £25 item. No complaints. Thank you.

EDIT: I have now received a further refund for £3.99, but I should not have had to chase for it or post this review for this to happen, hence am leaving my original comments.

Sadly I had to return the snuggle dress as it was too big and not very flattering. Whilst I received the order very quickly, this is unfortunately the only positive interaction I've had with Apache Shops Ltd.

I returned the dress the same day as I received it, and knew from the tracking information that it had been delivered to the company's premises a few days later. 2 days later, when I hadn't had any email confirmation that they'd received my return, I emailed the company and asked them to confirm that my refund was being processed. I also asked them to confirm that they would be refunding the original postage cost, as I was aware that other customers had had this issue. I received no reply and, after chasing them again 2 days later, instantly received an automated email confirming my refund - but unsurprisingly they've kept the £3.99 postage cost. I've asked for an explanation as to why they think they're entitled to withhold this, when distance selling regs make it clear that this is illegal, but I'm not expecting any reply - presumably because they know they're in the wrong and have no legitimate response.

The garment itself seemed nice quality and I would have considered buying other things from this company, but as they clearly have no regard for their customers or the law, I won't be making any more purchases from them.

Don't normally write reviews, but ordered snuggle dress Wednesday afternoon, received Thursday morning! Haven't tried it on yet, but looks nice quality and very soft!

I Ordered the top over top dress on Saturday evening and arrived Tuesday morning. Very happy with the packaging, fabric is really soft and warm. I'm 5ft 8" the length and arm length is perfect added bonus.

Ordered the Black Snuggle dress. Very prompt delivery. I loved it so much I purchased the same dress in Khaki. Ordered it on Thursday this week and it arrived the next day!
So impressed with Apache. Would highly recommend them.
