I had a lot of family matters come up, and the team was incredibly supportive with extensions and student assistance—thank you all! I also had a great experience attending workshops with Sophie and Betina; they were fantastic!

Very disappointing.wish they had a 0 star for
Workshop trainers. They are to busy playing on their mobile phones. One trainer failed me and when I asked to redo it. She said no. Then she told everyone she is running late for her reception Job at 1pm. What happened to training us??
Good luck at getting your money back.
I had to deal with the ombudsman and Complaints.

Great company to deal with, all of the teachers are extremely helpful and available if you are having any trouble with any work for your course. The workshops are also very informative and the scenarios are great to get you ready for your clinical placement.

I have really enjoyed my learning experience with APC, the trainers are all lovely and helpful and make learning pretty easy. The resources used are good. I find some of the questions in the assessment tasks are not well written, and there a few technical issues occurring in the learning platform. Other than these two issues everything has been fantastic.

What a week the prac workshop is! I had a great time, not only completing the prac for my Cert 3, but meeting new people too. My trainors Sophie and Betina were absolutely amazing. They had so much patience, passion and understanding, and that just made the whole week flow easily. Thank you.

I have recently returned from my Workshop 1. What an excellent experience! Excellent trainers who were approachable, extremely knowledgeable and made the information understandable and relatable. Looking forward to my next units and my first lot of Clinical Placement. Cheers!

APC is an amazing, caring training organisation where I felt supported and learnt so much within the field. The online side of things makes life so much easier with being able to work hand in hand with work / study / life balance. Workshops were fun, informative and an enjoyable experience

I recently completed Workshop 1 with APC in NSW (March 2025), and the experience was fantastic. The course was well-structured, challenging, and hands-on, providing valuable practical skills that are essential for clinical placement.

The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging, ensuring that everyone had a solid grasp of the material. Despite the intensity of the workshop, it was rewarding, and I walked away feeling more confident and prepared for the next steps in my training.

If you’re considering enrolling with APC, I highly recommend it. The training is thorough, and the team is dedicated to student success. Looking forward to applying what I’ve learned in my clinical placement!

When I first started it was rushed so my motivation lacked. I wasted a lot of time when I should’ve been focused. When the time ran quick I was contacted in hopes to get back into the work. I started and after was contacted regularly to check on my progress and any ways they can help. I’ve now just finished my first workshop after many hours of studying and effort. The trainers never lost motivation and compassion and Id hope to say that I’m doing well. Although I was worried for the workshop every question I asked was answers. Every mistake I made was corrected with feedback and help.
I wasn’t sure I’d get the motivation to continue or if this course was right for me. I know feel confident with every assessment and can’t wait for the next steps.

Would highly recommend Australian Paramedical College the trainers and office staff are amazing and the help they give you in getting you to achieve your certification

I’m so glad I decided to enrol with APC. It is a great school with great trainers and staff, and the course itself is interesting and relevant.

I have worked in the manufacturing industry here in Sydney for over 15 years. After Covid restrictions eased, I decided to invest in a course with the APC - a choice in a completely different career path - with the foresight of helping others, and serving the community.
The Australian paramedical College have amazing staff that are always present to assist, professional, and dedicated to ensuring their students are equipped with the sufficient knowledge and skills to work in the medical field - and no less. I have nothing but good things to say about them as they have walked with me every step of the way; even when I was about to call it quits, and lean back into to the manufacturing industry that I already know so well.
Now I know being a Paramedic is not just a pipe dream but a reality that with hard work, dedication, and study, it can be achieved.

To the students support team for an extension when I needed it, and to the 2 best trainers that I met. Jen & Steph…. You believed, encouraged, and supported me through this course. What an amazing course and rewarding journey. Staff couldn’t do enough to help me through the modules and the workshops were fantastic. This course is the one to do!!

APC was a great choice for me. I’m 17 so I wasn’t to sure how I would go with it. Knowing Im not a school type kid I was worried about how well I would do. APC helped me the whole way through and supported me. They where really good with answer when I asked question, definitely would recommended!!

The Victorian workshop crew were so helpful and definitely want you to succeed! Absolutely think you guys should do this course as it has been a phenomenal ride

The workshop was an amazing chance to gain a deeper understanding of everything you learn online. The trainers are amazing and help every individual. Cannot wait for my workshop 2

B and Soph, Erol and the other guy (sorry dude, I forgot your name already) were all absolutely amazing, great trainers, a wealth of knowledge and just a bloody joy to hang out with for the week :)
The way they explained and showed us what we needed to know made it so easy to understand.
They were even super nice and positive if we made a mistake or missed something in our assessments.
An absolute pleasure, I now actually feel confident in what I've been studying and look forward to putting my skills to use "In the real world"

Really enjoyed completing my Cert IV with APC. The self-paced learning for the theory component of the course was helpful. As someone who works shift work it made it easy to do as much or as little as I could when it suited me. The trainers and student support were, for the most part, prompt with marking assignments and responding to questions via email or phone call if any issues popped up. I found the workshop incredibly helpful to enforce what I had been learning online, if a bit full on for someone new to healthcare.

As a student in Western Australia I did however run into a few issues - mainly the schedule for the clinical workshops was fairly scant and as such I ended up travelling interstate in order to complete it. Additionally, some of the companies listed in WA for placement recruitment appear to have updated their own policies on taking on students without updating APC which posed its own challenge for me to complete placement.

Thankfully I got there in the end thanks to the incredible student support team and gold star trainers. I am excited to embark on this new chapter working in healthcare helping people in need.
