Absolutely outstanding service from Olly and the team at APC Workwear. From start to finish, the ordering process was incredibly straightforward, with a clear, user-friendly system and an excellent range of high-quality products to choose from. What truly sets APC Workwear apart, however, is the customer service, from my own experience, Olly in particular.
Olly went above and beyond at every stage, responding quickly, even though the department was closed, making it clear that he wanted to ease any concerns as I’d emailed late in the day that he’d deal with my situation first thing in the morning, which he did, understanding real-world needs, and handling everything with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. This isn’t a faceless, box-ticking operation, it’s a proper company staffed by people who are empowered to make sensible decisions, adapt to situations, and treat customers with real respect.
In an age where many businesses hide behind scripts and automated responses, APC Workwear is refreshingly different. If you want great products backed by truly exceptional, human customer service, you simply won’t find better. Highly recommended and I’m certain to continue using their brilliant services. Fantastic company
Fantastic company, I have used them for several years now and never had a bad experience. Last week I ordered 2 sets of 9 polos with different company logos embroidered not expecting them until Jan dues Christmas period, 4 days later they arrived. You cannot beat service like that.
