Just saw that my original remarks were deleted - how peculiar....
New thing on the horizon: withdraw requests remain requests forever and more. Have been waiting for one to receive confirmation since 10th August - even asked for a probable timeline, no money, no answer either... created a new request, just for the fun of it, don't really expect much anymore.
On the other hand, oddly enough, their fees are always deducted promptly. It's a strange world we live in.
As my original note said: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Since my review, everything has been stopped and blocked.
No reaction from support, trade has been stopped (not by me), can not even withdraw my profit, though attempted more than once.
Basically, nothing new...

Multiple withdrawal requests unfulfilled since February
I would urge caution with Axis Funded based on my experience.

I have been trying to withdraw my payouts since February 2026 and have tried all available payout options available on their platform. The website states that crypto payouts are typically processed within 1 hour and normal bank transfers typically within 24 hours.
I've been waiting months for my payouts.

I've followed all the rules and have been both patient and courteous in my correspondence to their support. The complete lack of response from the support team has made the situation worse, as I have not been given a proper explanation or a confirmed payment date.

For me, the issue is simple: if payouts are advertised, they need to be paid reliably and within the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I would recommend keeping screenshots and records of every withdrawal request and all communication with support.

Update — 24 July 2026:
I submitted a bank-transfer withdrawal request on 16 July 2026. After waiting a week without the withdrawal being processed or receiving a meaningful update, I cancelled it this morning and submitted a crypto withdrawal instead.

At the time I submitted the crypto request, Axis’s website stated that crypto withdrawals are typically processed within one hour. That stated timeframe has now passed and the withdrawal is still not completed.

I have also read other recent customer feedback and Axis’s public responses stating that withdrawals continue to be processed normally. I can only comment on my own experience, but that statement does not match the current status of my withdrawal requests.

I will update this review again if the withdrawal is processed. As before, I recommend that customers retain screenshots, dates, withdrawal references, and all communications.
