It was funny and entertaining bit of a long process to secure tickets , however I'd tried before but was unlucky so kept my long promise to my 8 year old grandson. We had a lovely time. 73&8 both sat together 😁. After 8hours I was failing but he was determined to stay til the end. Staff were especially professional & helpful to his delight we were moved to the front for the eliminator! Hopefully get more tickets for events that can be shared by Granny and grandson. Reasonably priced food. Criticism would be be more specific on bags allowed in as I worried about the size but it appears that larger ones were accepted.

Very well organised, friendly and cheerful staff, great event and would definitely come again.

Great interactive experience where the crowd feels part of the show.
Only down side is the lack of organisation of the queues outside perhaps consider signage to ease the congestion and stop people pushing in.

It was a great experience. i really enjoyed the games. The entertainment between the games was brilliant and kept us entertained as there was alot of waiting around. would definitely recommend!

What an absolutely brilliant day at Gladiators in Sheffield on Saturday!

From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience for all ages. My wife and I had an amazing time, and it brought back so many fantastic memories of watching Gladiators as 12-year-olds in the 1990s. Now, at 45, it was incredible to see the show live and relive those childhood memories.

A real highlight was meeting Bradley and Barney Walsh, who were both so friendly and took the time to chat with fans. It was also fantastic to meet several of the Gladiators, who were all brilliant and helped make the day even more special.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in putting on such a well-organised, exciting event. The atmosphere was electric, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Thank you for helping us create some wonderful new memories while bringing back some amazing old ones. We can't wait to come back!

Fun and interactive day! Gladiators series 4, episode 1. Family of 5 and we had a great time

It was a fabulous day out at the filming of Gladiators. We have reduced a star however as one of us had accessibility needs which developed after requesting tickets. We contacted Applause Store to ask what assistance the individual could receive to access the venue. They responded to say it wasn’t possible to get support. Luckily we still attended and actually staff were super helpful. We were given access via the accessibility lane. The main problem was that Sheffield Arena only had one lift to accommodate the accessibility needs of all the audience. That’s a weakness of the venue but it did mean people with accessibility needs were standing for some time. Overall it was still fabulous and on the day staff did spot our needs and made special allowances to help us were they could. We’d love to attend again.

We attended The Gladiators, first day of filming at the Sheffield arena. The queue system was much better organised. We arrived early and there were not many people in front of us so we were hopeful that we were going to get good seats for the show It would have been helpful to be told approximately what time tickets would be given out. On return to the stadium at 11.30am as instructed we waited for the queue to go down before going through the scanner and in to the stadium. Once inside we tried to find our seats but they had been cordoned off with tape to stop anyone sitting there. The applause staff were unhelpful as there were quite a few of us in the same situation. Eventually after speaking to a few staff we were ushered to the seats right at the back of the stadium. We were extremely disappointed as we had our young Grandchildren with us.My mobility is not brilliant and there were a lot of steps to the seats the staff member just told me to take my time! I understand that the tickets are free and we should be grateful we got to see the show it would have been better if the staff had been told to remove the tickets before handing them out to the people in the queue.

The queue for tickets is really unnecessary, once there are around 500 people in the queue just start giving the tickets out and clear the premises! Wouldn’t need as many security and the safety risks are reduced. Absolutely no need to heard 2-3000 people for hours. If everyone who is emailed a ticket will get one I don’t see the need for the ridiculous queue times.
The Gladiators were exceptionally great!!!
Will be back again though despite the queue situation, as the main event was amazing!

Excellent entertainment in the gaps when flooring equipment was being put out.clear instructions on what the audience had to do and when.bradley and his son are fantastic hosts.the whole gladiator experience was phenomenal.wow wow wow you are getting it all right team.thankyou for including us a memory to carry forever .

Absolutely fantastic experience! The show was long but understandably as the sets need to change etc but wow the atmosphere was great, the hosts were great, lively experience.

Absolutely loved the day from start to finish. We'll done to all the staff who helped make our day so special

My son enjoyed the entire day, watching how everything worked and seeing the gladiators in real life, such a fun day out.

It's a very long day so be prepared for a long haul but it's worth it!

It was a fun day out for our family, something different to do. We watch the show so was exciting to see the show being filmed. Only negative it's a very long day

Great day out. Positives: Queue organisation much better than last year. Much less waiting than last year. Quicker entry and queues all around. Great to see new gladiators as well as some original favourites. Kids enjoyed it (age 5 and 9). Food good value for money and tasty (chicken and chips). Negatives: Only 4 rounds plus eliminator rather than normal 5. Originally given tickets for 4 seats which were taped off (no staff around to help). One woman (Mandy works for utilita) was brilliant and helped us get fresh seats and updated us as best as she could but it did take 30 mins and applause staff were not available and then helped people who were sat in 2s or 3s first yet we were the first to highlight the issue. Funny they have first come first served for everything else but not when handing out renewed tickets and therefore we sat right at the very back of tier 2. Even the information desk wouldn’t help when Mandy came with us. You would have thought they knew which seats were taped off and out of use, and had staff to hand for peoples entry but they had nobody for ages until Mandy had spoken to 6 other people to help us and kicked up a fuss on our behalf. Overall: can’t wait to go back next year but hopefully Applausestore staff can be better available upon entry for issues and correct tickets issued.

One of best experiences we have had as a family.

Really great day especially for the kids. Would have been good to know when to turn up for tickets (just before 11 is a bit vague especially when all the tickets could have gone by then) so we got there at 9 and there was already a massive queue and no toilet facilities which is not great with kids.
