Absolutely fantastic experience! The show was long but understandably as the sets need to change etc but wow the atmosphere was great, the hosts were great, lively experience.

Absolutely loved the day from start to finish. We'll done to all the staff who helped make our day so special

My son enjoyed the entire day, watching how everything worked and seeing the gladiators in real life, such a fun day out.
The DJs who entertained in between were brilliant

It's a very long day so be prepared for a long haul but it's worth it!

It was a fun day out for our family, something different to do. We watch the show so was exciting to see the show being filmed. Only negative it's a very long day

Great day out. Positives: Queue organisation much better than last year. Much less waiting than last year. Quicker entry and queues all around. Great to see new gladiators as well as some original favourites. Kids enjoyed it (age 5 and 9). Food good value for money and tasty (chicken and chips). Negatives: Only 4 rounds plus eliminator rather than normal 5. Originally given tickets for 4 seats which were taped off (no staff around to help). One woman (Mandy works for utilita) was brilliant and helped us get fresh seats and updated us as best as she could but it did take 30 mins and applause staff were not available and then helped people who were sat in 2s or 3s first yet we were the first to highlight the issue. Funny they have first come first served for everything else but not when handing out renewed tickets and therefore we sat right at the very back of tier 2. Even the information desk wouldn’t help when Mandy came with us. You would have thought they knew which seats were taped off and out of use, and had staff to hand for peoples entry but they had nobody for ages until Mandy had spoken to 6 other people to help us and kicked up a fuss on our behalf. Overall: can’t wait to go back next year but hopefully Applausestore staff can be better available upon entry for issues and correct tickets issued.

Really great day especially for the kids. Would have been good to know when to turn up for tickets (just before 11 is a bit vague especially when all the tickets could have gone by then) so we got there at 9 and there was already a massive queue and no toilet facilities which is not great with kids.

Stu and the DJ really kept the crowd entertained throughout the day.
It was good that small introductions were filmed throughout the area a and not just in one place.
The gladiators moving around the arena to say hello.
We were in the queue for tickets at 9.15am and waited an hour. We were towards the back of the queue as well- so get there early!

We love the Gladiators and had a great day, they really know how to entertain the audience.... it is a long day but something that can't be avoided with having to set up each game, the team/crew do it well and as quick as they can! So it really is worth it if you are a fan, Bradley and his son Barney are such great presenters and the Gladiators are amazing too

Amazing experience. Great to see the gladiators in person. However the queuing system for tickets was horrendous with no info provided around how things worked. Then inside it was really, really long…almost 9 hours.

What an absolutely brilliant day! Really well organised and lots of activities throughout the day to ensure people have a good time! It’s such a brilliant vibe all day and me and my daughter love watching the games, dancing, singing, cheering the Gladiators and contenders on and just generally having a fab family day! Hopefully we can get tickets again for next year!!

Fantastic experience and day out with the family. We were thoroughly entertained the hole day which made the long day seem a breeze. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience, first time using applause store and first time watching the awesome Gladiators!!!

Excellent day overall. However, towards the end of the show they were asking for volunteers to fill the seats at the bottom of the arena were people had left early. We, of course, went willingly. This unfortunately meant we missed the beginning of the much anticipated final eliminator while entire rows of people were asked to move along to accommodate us. Other than that it was a very long but entertaining day. We enjoyed it. Thankyou.

My only other comment is they need to stress the importance to people of not spilling the secrets on social media. I had a quick scroll of face book when I got home and someone had already mentioned the name of the new gladiator!

Well organised, we had fabulous seats and the kids loved it. We will attempt to get tickets again next year.

Great fun 2nd time attending although this time was a full show whereas previous was 2nd part of semi final. Today was extremely busy and long but still loads of fun for family and still as interactive. Only down sides were access queue was extremely slow on entering and this caused issues for my child who can't stand or queue for a long time which was a shock especially as collecting tickets was so quick and easy,once inside using accessibility we were then sent to other side of arena to sit which was a distance and really busy causing abit of distress although staff were fab the venue clear isnt as accessible as other arenas we have been to, a few members of the public without children got really intoxicated and became overly loud and quite disruptive throughout the show shouting inappropriate comments during the filming which disrupted most of people in our section. I know this is unavoidable that is why I still rated my experience highly as the actual day other than these issues were really enjoyable. limited autograph opportunity compared to last visit.

Show was great but all queueing is unnecessary just send out tickets and stop a fun day from being ruined by it being too long, queue for ticket exchange, queue for security, queue for entry, it's too much!
