So I've used appleiphonerepairs before. They have previously fixed my phone even though it was a week longer than predicted. Anyway, I knew there were bad reviews about them but I've always had an alright experience with them so decided to use them again. So I sent off my iPhone 7 for the sim reader to be replaced and a new battery. 1 week passed and I heard nothing, called emailed everything and no responce. I fully believed that they had taken my phone and ran off. Next week I got a text saying it's been repaired and will be sent back to me tomorrow. A whole 2 weeks later!!! The sim reader still doesn't work and my battery was never replaced. They held onto my phone for 2 weeks with no communcation, don't even bother to try and repair it then send it straight back. I'm calling, emailing etc now to ask for a full refund but as I expected they are ignoring me. I thought that as I've used this company before it would be okay - clearly not. AVOID.

I took my phone to apple repair co 14 benfield way cm73ys for a new battery when they gave my phone back i asked for my battery back they refused said they dont have to give it back i complained to Trading Standards they said i was entitled to my property back if apple repair co refused that is theft they still refused . and the Battery they put in was Useless what a ripoff .refused to give their Name when asked .

They stole my phones i sent them two iphone to repair first they said one of them iphone cant be fixed and the suggested that they will pay me ( give me cridet for the other iphone that only needed a screen to be fixed ) then they took my money and promised they will send it with 10 days
its been 4 months i keep calling but they say that they spare parts havent cleared from customs yet and they need more time until they stoped responding to my email and phone calls about a month a half now since i last heard of them

I called these guys to see if they could fix an I-Watch screen. They said they could and it would take 3-5 days but allow a little extra time for screen to set. I sent the watch on the 30th January. I chased up 10 days later to be told that they were actually out of stock of the part. the following week i chased again, and was told the parts they received were not good enough quality so at their own cost, they were seeking genuine parts.... which would be there next week. Mid feb, i just asked to be updated,
Chased the following week and was told it was in for repair, and got an email saying id have it back by the following tuesday (27th Jan). Obviously ididnt receive it on the 27th and chased again, and again and again. Each time a different excuse.
Finally on the 7th of March, i was told by the guy on the phone that the repair was complete and he would personally send it himself. On the 8th of march i chased him up and then he actually did it.
That night i got an email from someone called Simon, saying ...well read it your self
'IMPORTANT: We apologise as there has been a miscommunication on this occasion, whilst the item had been repaired last week, this was due to be dispatched on Monday. However, during our final pre-shipping checks we had noted that the touch screen was intermittently unresponsive. This had been investigated and was found to be an issue with the replacement screen. As our supplier has been unable to get a replacement to us in a timely fashion, the decision has been made to return the item with the original screen installed. We have been informed that the next replacement part will be with us towards the end of next week, once the part is here we can then let you know and cover your return postage cost back to us for a quick repair.'

I called them up and asked to speak to simon but was not put through.

So basically, they fobbed me off for 6 weeks with a range of different excuses and reasons for delays, and still didnt fix the watch.
In my opinion they hold back the truth and dress the situation up.

I have just received the watch from DPD 9th march - the Screen has not been touched or taken off.

Doesn't even deserve one star.
These men are incapable of repairing a phone and are extremely rude.
I had to waste so much of my time chasing them for my phone back, eventually they agreed to send it back and give me a partial refund.
Chased several times for this refund to be made. Finally they made it but then cancelled it on PayPal clearly hoping I wouldn't notice.
Thankfully PayPal disputed this and got my partial refund back.
I've never had such awful customer service in my life. Do not use.

Con men. Avoid them. They let you book a repair and then tell you they cannot repair you phone but charge you for the consultation which is not what they tell you at the beginning.

Waited two weeks and now they want to charge me a further 24.99 for return or will dispose of iPad.

I had a screen replaced by mblueltd.co.uk, otherwise known as appleiphonerepairs.co.uk with a 12 month warranty.This would appear not to cover shoddy cowboy workmanship. My phone was returned a week late with a new screen. After a day of use I noticed the screen had tiny crack in the bottom right hand corner, I took a close look and noticed the screen had not been bonded at all along the right hand side, top and bottom of the phone. I have emailed them with detailed photos with no reply from them, then tried to call them several times and have been told someone will be in contact, no one has, no reply from the so called warranty department. I have since had a reply saying that I cracked the screen and is not covered by their warranty, I have sent them detailed hi quality photos showing how much of the screen is not bonded, no evidence of the adhesive tape used. They keep reverting back saying I have broken it. The screen on my Z3 when bonded to the chassis and forms the rigidity and structure of the phone, without the bonding the chassis will flex causing the screen to crack, as it is now 3 side of the screen have become totally de-bonded. I will not get anywhere with this fraudulent company. I would not trust them to change the batteries in my bike lights.
The service is cheap, rubbish and amateurish.

Wish I had red the reviews before I sent my daughters phone. Terrible service. Paid £10 extra for fast track service. After six days they get in touch to say it will be at least another week. Still waiting. What a load of cowboys.

Do not under any circumstances send your device to these cowboys, they are prolific lairs, excuse after excuse why their was a delay, firstly made out their was a delay getting the part, then there was an issue of the new screen as it was lifting on the ipad, after two weeks of hearing their rubbish I told them to send it back and give me a full refund (I am yet to receive a refund), the item was sent back in exactly the same condition it was sent in to them, upon receiving the ipad back I could clearly see that their had been no attempt to repair the ipad screen, as it was shattered and glass would had been missing from the screen when they attempted to remove it which they did not, you also do all the chasing only to get false promises and good luck getting them to answer the phone, they also operate under several different company names as well as this one (Nutronic & Mblue) which I have contacted inland revenue to see if they are registered with them, please use a trusted company!

My phone was sent on 03-04-2017 and I recieved it back on 20-04-2017, this was with the fast track service which cost an additional £10. I was consistently fed a string of lies with one person saying they needed the part to be ordered in, one saying it was fixed but the royal mail hadn't collected it and another saying it was ready to go. It took an unacceptable time and within a week the sound failed to work and it no longer charges. Moreover none of these problems are covered by the warranty so there is little I can do. I would not recommend, it may be cheap but you will end up buying twice.

I posted my iphone7 for a replacement screen, did Fast Track, I sent it on the Monday evening, it was back to me by Thursday lunch time. Perfect repair. Tracking on their website so you can see what stage it is at and also tracking from Royal Mail Special Delivery. Can't fault the price or the service. Thank you.

We paid for an iPhone 7 screen to be repaired but unfortunately the phone went wrong so it had to be returned to Apple. We contacted the company immediately (less than 24 hours of placing the order). 2 days later they returned email with promise of full refund. Nearly 3 weeks later - still no refund. Despite sending numerous emails to Simon and numerous contact forms on their website - still nothing !!!

Took over a week to get phone back, poor communication and parts missing, still waiting on refund

Bought an iPhone off eBay with a slightly cracked screen so paid for the same day return repair service and my wife is now delighted with her as-good-as-new iPhone and all seems to be fine. Being able to track the progress via the website was good. The phone was returned when expected and I would consider using them again.

This repair service offers a year guarantee after their repair - which you will need because you will have to send it back 2 or 3 times before you get something that isn't faulty.

The first time I had something repaired by them, the phone came back with the screen almost popping out, and problems with it detecting random touches all over the place.

On another occasion, when I was stupid enough to think the £20 saving you get compared to other repair services would be worth the risk again, they sent the phone back to me with two major problems. The audio on calls was muffled as they haven't cut away one of the components properly, and second I could not get any network. I took this to three local phone repair shops who told me this could be a problem caused by a bad repair, but appleiphonerepair's customer service told me it "categorically could not be caused by our repair", refused to fix it and told me they would not discuss it further.

Finally I went to another repair shop who opened it up for me and allowed me to take a photo of inside the phone, where the casing for one of the components has clearly not been put back when the phone was reassembled.

All in all, the repair quality is TERRIBLE and customer service was not only rude but deliberately lying to me to cover their tracks.

Can not stress enough - pay the extra money and take your phone somewhere you can at least talk to them in person!
