Allow me as a father to communicate. Sad. Now my daughter‘s account is blocked and no matter what I do I cannot get any change. What a horrible service.

Ik had op 4/2/2026 een abonnement opgezegd en op 26/3 is 2x een betaling geincassserd.

Apple zeg niet niets tegen te kunnen en de bank ook niet.

Dit is schandalig en Apple pay MOET JE NIET MEER GEBRUIKEN.

I was using a free app. I believe I may have accidentally clicked an upgrade button to super duolingo. I never authorized a charge. Yet apple pay charged a credit card I had on file for $83.99 for accidently touching a button. Never filing out authorization or getting a receipt or notification. I discovered the charge a yr later because I never use apple pay. This system of payment is very corrupt. Be careful what you touch you may be charged a fee.

I accidentally put money into an apple account balance card on Apple Pay that I didn’t even know existed. Apple Pay you need to put more button on that card on Apple Pay because some people don’t have subscriptions to use that for and need groceries In the house. I can’t wait 6 to 8 weeks for my money to come in the mail I need my money on a different card now. This is ridiculous. Either fix Apple Pay and put a transfer to a different card on there or don’t even have the wallet app at all. You’re basically stealing our money if you think about it. So ridiculous!

I had an issue with an unauthorized company charging my Apple pay and called fraud immediately. They wanted proof and I had plenty!! They denied my claim NUMEROUS times and the company charged my account 3 times a day. THANKS APPLE PAY SUPPORT :(

The customer service is a joke. All I did was simply try to add my minor kid to my Apple Cash account as the tutorial asked me to. Then it immediately locks my account. I call and go through this verification process, and the guy tells me that it’s locked and I have to wait eight hours. Then after eight hours, my account is restricted then I called the next day and nobody can tell me why or have any idea why it’s locked. And it needs to be escalated to a specialist and it will take over 48 hours. I find it hard to believe in 2026 that no one at this bank can tell me why my account got locked. Is it for terrorism? money laundering? drug abuse? like what’s the problem here and how asinine is it that you follow their process to set up a minor account for Apple Pay and they completely lock your account? why you even have the option? I enjoy having Apple Pay for my kids and myself but the customer service at this company is atrocious. Apple should be a shame to partner with this green dot Bank company.

They are trifling as hell and always trying to get over on customers and love stealing from us I have them under investigation and will be suing them thieving scammers

I reported fraud on my account twice and Apple Pay never do anything or try to give me my money back…. THIS COMPANY IS BAD BUSINESS!

I had unauthorized charges hit my Apple Cash account and received notifications for them right away. I immediately called the fraud department, explained what happened, and was clearly upset about the situation.

Despite reporting it immediately, my fraud claim was later denied with Apple Cash stating that the charges were “authorized,” even though they occurred in another state and I was not there. I called back and asked for the claim to be reviewed again, provided a detailed explanation of exactly what happened, where I was at the time etc. and my claim was denied a second time, and they refused to provide any explanation.

This has been the most frustrating banking experience I’ve ever had. In most cases of fraud, you expect to be reimbursed for unauthorized transactions—this is the first time that hasn’t happened to me. I truly wish I had known this before using Apple Cash so regularly.

This has happened often,I load money on card,then money not there for apple pay cards,it's a scam,don't buy them,they take your money,I have receipt for 200 when I checked it,money i loaded was gone,this has happened numerous times lately,protect your money,don't buy these cards,card wasn't tampered with,I watch her load it pull tab,then receipt shows loaded,when I checked card,money was gone,this company runs a scam,there rating is 2.0 that's very low,don't get scammed stay clear,,,

Reported fraudulent activity on ApplePay Wallet. While the transaction is pending Apple Pay cannot stop the transaction until after the funds have been stolen or withdrawn without my consent. In the meantime I am locked out of my account until I load my personal drivers ID info which with hesitation I ended up doing in order to restore my account. Presently, they denied me access to money I need to pay bills and upcoming holiday expenses, but offered me a refund check that will take a minimum of 30 days. So in essence the unauthorized merchant is allowed to steal money and I as the authorized account holder am being denied access to my account. Whose side is Apple Pay on here? What good is a service that is designed to work for unauthorized merchant but offers no assistance for their customer?

Do not use if you can avoid. I made a payment in Euros from a Global Money Account card on Apple Pay. At the same time an equal amount of money was taken from my sterling account without authorisation. They claim to be secure - they are NOT! Furthermore if any issue is raised with them they claim that as they are not a financial institution they cannot help resolve any dispute and that the incident above has nothing to do with their technology. To be safe, don't use Appleby!

À nouveau dans l’incompréhension avec le service Apple Pay, une fois donner l’accord à une application pour prélever même une somme modique, cette entreprise via cette application peut prélever n’importe quelle somme à n’importe quel moment, y compris avant la fin d’une période d’essai où on ne prévenant pas la veille comme il est d’usage de le faire…
Ce genre de pratique très cavalière est de plus en plus en vogue, il me semble, n’essayer aucune application, ne serait-ce que pour 0,50 € car gare aux factures qui pourraient suivre même en ayant prévenu le service Apple Pay, de la non autorisation du prélèvement de ces sommes, ils ne rembourse rien

Just started using Apple Pay recently and it’s already made me close it again!

“You must watch the price on the pay machine”, you would say, and yes that is true, but have you noticed that the amount actually doesn’t show on your phone when paying??
There were many people queuing, the machine was a bit far away and the employee not very nice, so you look quickly, most often expecting that the right price was put in.
I’ve written to the company (of course it’s a big group) 3 times now to get a refund, but no answer.
So no, I’m not using Apple Pay again, because I believe I would have seen the problem if it was written clearly on my screen!

Very bad service and product , it is pretty easy for scammers to steal money off it . The refund policy is very poor , Most set up like this steals your money , The only one that won't is PAY MINE that tells you about all the rules upfront .

Always taking money out of my account for no reason contacting apple support takes sooo long just for a small conversation with no actual help theve took more then 300+$ from my account i dont trust it nor will i ever again

Apple Pay was charged an unauthorized amount of $8.50 by MTA (subway). When I had swiped the card, the gate screen showed that the payment did not go through. I swiped it the 2nd time (a fair rate of $2.90), and it let me through the gate. Then I looked on my phone, it showed I was charged 8.50$ ( there is no such fair and 2.90$) I disputed 8.50$. ApplCard DID NOT REMOVE the unauthorized charge. This action from ApplePay do not protect me from unauthorized charges with the small amount; they will not protect me from much larger unauthorized charges in the future. I closed all accounts with ApplPay.

My recent experience with Apple Pay and Apple Support was very frustrating.
A subscription renewed without the reminder the app promised, and I requested a refund on the same day. Apple automatically rejected it, then kept telling me the app developer refused the refund. When I contacted the developer, they confirmed in writing that they did NOT refuse anything and that Apple is the only one responsible.

Instead of helping, Apple refused to provide any written clarification and pushed me to “contact the bank.” This is not the level of transparency or customer protection I expect from a company like Apple.
