I rated Aquagaurd 1 because that is the lowest on this scale. First off: I called the company for service of my water purifier from
Aquagaurd which was leaking. He did something, collected money including a tip and next week it was leaking again. Nobody responds to service requests. Second off : I made the mistake of ordering a new Aquagaurd. I was told that it will be installed in 48 hours- that it will reach my house by courier. After six days it is still not delivered. They offered to install another one which is second hand. I want to cancel my order. Nobody know how to do that.

Very bad experience, drastic customer service, no body is responding, we paid 15000 rupees for new installation but we are facing issues since the day of installation. It's giving yellowish water and now now unable to flow water. Nobody's responding and we are drinking water from tab . We urge donot go with Aquaguard rather you all prefer other operators or pot water, why to invest a lot then suffer for these unprofessional people and company.

Oude kit geleverd en de datum weg gepoetst

Via het bedrijf LOVOZO 2 potten aquagard invisible besteld n.a.v. een filmpje op TIKTOK. Hier wordt met grote potten gewerkt. De bestelling komt in de brievenbus binnen: 2 micro potjes.... Grove misleiding dus!

Deze zomer helaas een slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf gehad. Kit die geleverd werd, was sterk verouderd (bleek later toen het al op het dak zat). Daarnaast zat er een beschadiging in de EPDM en zand/bladeren. Leek alsof het tweedehands was. Nu maar hopen dat de kit zich houd. Eerste begin dat de kit niet goed is gehecht zijn na een paar weken al te zien. Lekker met al die regen.
