poor delivery protocol…
the liner was bought from this company with a specific time line for installation and I was assured delivery would be on the agreed date. This was missed and delivery was assured for next day so we held a team on standby all day and it still didn't come in time to fit. I would have at least expected a discount to cover this cost; even by them claiming it from the delivery company haulage charge

Customer service excellent, a little more attention to detail needed though.
Customer service excellent. However, I have deducted 1 star as the wrong product was sent, though quickly rectified. Also, the item was not precisely measured, it was 3cm short. Though this was not important in my case, it could be very important to others. A little more attention needed in the factory I think.

Quality pumps at affordable prices
Found aqualiners when searching for a pond pump and they were very competitively priced and the postage was free over £50 so it was a good deal the pump turned up on time and very well wrapped fitted it was it works great will use this company again for pond stuff 👍
