The liner and delivery time were excellent but the idiot deliver driver threw the liner down on gravel and put a hole into it. Didnt notice it until I opened the liner a week later when I went to fit it

A few tweaks with regards information would be 5*
Great pond but lack of information meant I wasn’t aware that the pond had been despatched or when I could expect it to arrive, I had to email the company who said it should be delivered tomorrow, it wasn’t and I wasted another day. A simple despatch email would have been great. I had previously received a DHL email but with no company info that I could associate with this company so I presumed it was another fake email. With a few tweaks here and there regarding information and communication it would have been 5*. Loving the pond though.

Product quality good, delivery could be better
Having ordered a EPDM liner and underlay from Aqualiners direct, I am so far more than happy with the product. Only installed two days ago and no leaks this far. Only over longer term will I be able to determine quality.
The ordering process was simple. I would say that the delivery process was too efficient. Whilst that would not normally be an issue I was shocked to find it outside my door three days after ordering rather than the 7 days quoted. Knowing when the product will come helps with planning rather than being surprised by a parcel being left outside the door for anyone to claim for themselves.
