ojalá hubiese leído antes la experiencia de Elena. Me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo. Les hice un pedido en Noviembre y en Febrero todavía no ha llegado. En la web dice que está en preparación desde el día que hice el pedido. les he solicitado por escrito que me den una fecha esperada de entrega mil veces y no contestan. Les he cancelado el pedido pero no espero recuperar el dinero. Unos ladrones

Super super bad in communication with customer. Only use their own messaging system, where messages partly get deleted and no one answers. Calling is nearly impossible. Only in French (even before it was saying support speaks also English and German), promising to call or write back multiple times, never happening. No one seems to care.

Still waiting for hardware worth multiple thousands of euro, just asking for a status, seems to be possible for them. Waiting for several months (!) already. Due to lack of response thinking of suing them.

Can never recommend to buy anything from the store, I have never seen such a bad behaviour to customers in any shop before.

J'ai commandé une prise de quai 32A au prix de 340€ depuis la Suisse.
Le colis a été livré dans un délais raisonnable, malheureusement la fiche femelle ne correspondait pas à l'article affiché sur leur site.
J'ai réussi à avoir une personne au téléphone qui m'a demandé de faire le retour par mon compte client. Suite à cela je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part. Alors je leur ai retourné le produit, ils n'ont jamais été le retirer à la poste et celui-ci m'a été retourné pour un montant total de 98€.
Cette entreprise n'est pas sérieuse et ne considère pas ses clients.

Hice un pedido el 14 de agosto por el que pagué dinero también de envío y decía que llegaría en 5 -7 días y estamos a 6 de octubre y no me ha llegado nada y ya me cobraron los más de 200€. Les escribí hace más de un mes y me dijeron que los productos tenían que llegarles, lo cual no entiendo entonces por qué no avisan de ellos en la web. Y han seguido sin llegarme. Les he vuelto a contactar más veces para pedirles noticias y nunca más me han vuelto a contestar y no me han devuelto el dinero ni tengo el producto. Son unos ladrones y ahora me toca gastar tiempo en denunciar y reclamar el dinero. Así que nunca nunca compréis aquí.

For my 2002 sailing boat, I was looking for a new compressor and evaporator plate for my freezer, and Aquanautique was the only website I found that could provide the product. I communicated via their webshop and received feedback within 24 hours, which, compared to many others, is good. I also received information about when my shipment status changed. Keep up the good work!

Injoignable au tel et par mail, reussi a voir apres 1 heure une personne qui m'a dit je vais reponde a votre mail, depuis silence radio.... j'attends apres pour avancer je suis donc bloqué a cause de gens incompétents , fuyez cette boite

Horrible. Do not use them. They intentionally create obstacles to returning products. They use their own messaging system so you have no way of keeping track of the message you sent them and their responses - or lack of responses. Avoid.

I placed an order for a specific product, but they sent me the wrong reference number. I've sent them three emails with a photo of the product I received. They haven't responded. I've tried calling, but they don't answer. It's impossible to contact them. I feel scammed, having paid a lot of money for a product that isn't the one I bought :(

I bought a liferaft with aquanautique. I needed it quite urgently as my trip started 1.5 weeks after. So before ordering I called them and they assured me it would arrive in time. After I ordered they did not ship my package for over a week. One day before the delivery date we agreed both on phone and email they shipped my package even though I requested a cancellation before. Now they want to have me pay for transport, return transport and even a repacking fee for the liferaft. I have never experienced such a bad service.
I wanted to find a solution and change the shipping adress but this shop does not care at all.

Ich habe im August 2024 eine Bestellung über 600€ aufgegeben und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Die Bestellung scheint bei Versandt verloren gegangen zu sein. Das kann passieren... Was allerdings nicht passieren darf ist, dass sich der Verkäufer nicht darum kümmert die Sendung ausfindig zu machen oder eine Rückerstattung anbietet. Es ist praktisch unmöglich Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer aufzunehmen. Das Online Formular läuft scheinbar in leere. Das Telefon wurde in mehreren Monaten nur einmal abgehoben. Mir wurde versichert, dass sich sofort um das Thema gekümmert wird und ich per Mail informiert werde. Nichts davon ist passiert.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich jedem nur davon abraten diesen Shop zu nutzen.

In August 2024, I placed an order for €600 and paid by credit card. The order seems to have been lost in transit. These things happen... However, what is unacceptable is that the seller is not taking any steps to track the shipment or offer a refund. It's practically impossible to contact the seller. The online form seems to go unanswered. The phone was only answered once in several months. I was assured that the matter would be dealt with immediately and that I would be informed by email. None of this happened.

Based on this experience, I can only advise everyone not to use this shop.
