Arctic spas changed a pump on my hot tub in February, had them out yesterday cos hot tub tripping my electrics agen, they changed the pump, an they've left without double checking their work, now I'm pretty sure they haven't reconnected the heating element and the pump they didn't replace cos one pump isn't coming on and the waters stone cold, fuming

We bought an arctic spa hot tub from Paul in Oldham. We did quite a bit of research and went for a more basic but higher quality spa rather than bells whistles and gadgets.

We paid a bit more than planned but are very happy with the quality of the spa and also with the delivery, installation, commissioning and support from Pail at arctic Oldham. Inevitably there were a few queries about levels and maintenance but Paul has always been happy to assist

This is truly one of my best ever buys. I bought an Artic Fox from Paul Tong at Artic Spa's at Yarnton Garden Centre. Whilst I was waiting for it to be shipped I got rather nervous about my extravagance. However, once delivered that melted away rapidly! The pleasure it brings is immeasurable. I have had it for 4 months now and use it almost daily.
Customer service has been first class through out. My back garden was challenging for the delivery guys, but they managed it with good humour. Paul has kept his finger on the pulse throughout to ensure all has gone well and reassured me in the first couple of days when the pH was a bit high - normal whilst it settles (I invested in the Spa Boy/salt system, which is amazing but takes a day or 2 to settle). Recently I had a connectivity problem which meant I could not control/see spa from my phone any more, but true to form Paul and Matt arranged for their techy guys to come out promptly, replace the internet booster (FOC) and all is happily reconnected.
A beautiful, well constructed, amazingly well insulated delight that relaxes and eases away my winter aches. Highly recommended.

We love our Arctic Spa but need an engineer as not working , we are having trouble getting anyone to respond with our questions or how to book a home visit

Everything was great, but the manual was not good at all with several bits of information missing.

we have had our Aurora Spa for 4 months now - it is the best impulse buy we have ever made - the staff at Yarnton have been fantastic they gave us honest answers to our questions at the time of purchase and have continued to give us advise while were getting used to the Spa.
The instllation team were the best we could have asked for they installed the Spa with no fuss and made sure we knew how it worked before they left. If you are thinking of purchasing a Spa I really can reccomend Arctic Spa they have been a wonderful company to deal with.

Purchased my Hot Tub 6 months ago love it works great but after 6 months I was doing some research on an error code and realized that the Tub that I received was not the Tub that I had purchased. I called Arctic Spa they where diligent in getting to the bottom of what had happened I didn't have to chase them for answers and within a few days they where able to provide me with compensation that I was pleased with. What I was most happy with was I didn't have to chase them and they bent over backwards to please me.

Tub installed today. Two of the nicest guys I have ever met. Excellent job nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Spa looks lovely waiting for temperature to rise and will be in it tonight. All round excellent service which is rare these days.

I was given great advice from Roland at Arctic Spas, which helped me decide which particular model would be best for me. As there were no "Otter" models, it had to be made in Canada and shipped over, which gave me the opportunity to custom make it to the colours and features I wanted. Roland periodically kept me fully up to date as to the progress, and once the spa arrived in the UK, delivery and installation was fast, professional and friendly. It has been a pleasure to deal with such a fantastic company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommend Roland and Arctic Spas.

Really good. Happy with the service so far. Went to look around and received good advice and rough pricing. Went away to consider - came back with what we wanted. Negotiated on the price and placed the order.

The hot tub site at home wasn't ready so they held the spa for us for a couple of weeks - during which time they came out to do a site survey. When we were ready we agreed a delivery date; they came when they said and installed no problem (in the pouring rain). They went through everything with us and left - had a txt from the owner the day after to check everything's OK (which it is).

Have not yet had to buy more chemicals and consumables so can't vouch for that but so far great service - and a great tub!!!

The hot tub is fab and easy to look after. It was a struggle to deliver because of restricted access, but the delivery team worked very hard to install in the desired location and ensure I was satisfied before they left. All the staff were very helpful and the deliver team demonstrated how to care for the hot tub and water before they left.

Purchased an Artic Fox almost 2 years ago, and use it nearly every day, Not without problems, including a leaking heater tube, something I was told is never seen, but all was resolved, with no drama, including some issues caused by the owner. Both the dealer and Artic Spa Uk were very patient and very helpful. I had the internet connection option, which initially did not work, even after installing a wi fi booster close to the hot tub, changed the supplied internal router, and had to assign a fixed IP to the hot tub and all has been ok since. That may just be an issue with my network hardware, from Sky. In all very happy with the purchase, far from the cheapest, but I think worth the cost.

We're finally going to enjoy our WiFi/Salt Water Arctic Spa!
