I actually am having tremendous difficulties with my Artic Spa that we bought here in Sweden that’s because the dealership here has been so terrible. However, Mark Welch from Utah office has been unbelievably helpful and kind and terrific I think without his help, my wife and I might’ve just burn down this entire spa, which is still having trouble overheating, but Mark has been incredible, helping us every step of the way from the US all the way to swim. If I were Artic Spa, I would give this guy, a big Raise!!!!

We got our spa delivered the first part of July. The setup was not great. When the guy went to setup the Covana cover he figured out he had lost a box of hardware on the freeway in transporting the unit. Now it took another week to get the parts. Once he got the cover setup it seemed to work. Then the trouble began. It would go up but would not go down. Or it just wouldn't lift at all. They have tried replacing different parts. Been since July and now it is almost September and the cover won't go up again. Of course no one is available on a weekend to fix it. What is a spa WORTH if you can't get in it. Tried to get ARCTIC SPA to replace it but for some reason they won't. Communication has been very poor with the management of Arctic Spa.

Arctic spas makes a Very easy to maintain Spa and we just got ours delivered on time setup was fast everything was explained to detail and our family has had a wonderful time in the spa. Chad has been a very good communicator from build to delivery and Christian kept track of the progress as well.

Excellent products and quality service. Like others who have written reviews here, we did our homework before visiting Arctic Spas and we knew we 'd made the right choice almost immediately when we got there. They make you feel like family and you'll be very glad to give them your business.

I did my research, so I know Arctic Spas are one of the best. We went down to Salt Lake City to look at an Ocean and ended up purchasing one about 5 months after that visit. Communication was great all the way up to finding out when the spa was ready and when the delivery was going to happen. It seems like our sales person dropped off the Earth and I had to call into the shop. Day of delivery.....got a phone call from our salesperson apologizing for a mix up and it was actually coming the next day. Next day.....no confirmation call for delivery so I called the shop. I was told the spa would be here NLT 6pm. Delivery guys showed up at 8:30pm and said they were an independent company. OK.....customer service is very easy. Communicate! It seems there is a disconnect between the store and the delivery people and us customers are paying the price. Next day installation: Our tech showed up on time, was VERY helpful, and polite. He set the spa up, had us up and running on the internet, answered questions and I LOVE my spa.

We just received our Arctic Ocean swim spa and our Arctic Beach House gazebo. These guys were great to deal with. Our salesman was super, no pressure, just explained all the various features, options, and costs to us, and answered all our questions, really nice guy to work with.

The Arctic team that delivered our spa were amazing. The Ocean is HUGE but they manhandled it into our back yard and had it placed on our patio in about an hour, unbelievable. The Arctic team that delivered and set up our Beach House gazebo were pretty awesome too. This gazebo is also very LARGE and the parts for it covered the entire lawn in our back yard. I thought WOW these guys are going to be here for days setting this up, but to my surprise they had it completely done in a day. One of the techs even stayed late to explain how the spa worked, chemicals, water testing etc. The lights on the Ocean weren't working, but another tech stayed late and got the lights fixed for us. This Arctic Utah group were wonderful to work with, everyone very helpful and friendly. They are Pros all the way.

The Arctic Ocean is really a neat swim spa, great for water exercises and regular hot tubbing too. The Beach House gazebo is just beautiful 100% western ceder wood, it really adds to the beauty of our house and yard. Another big plus wih Arctic Spas iand gazebos is that the quality is outstanding and it's obvious to see. The Ocean is rock solid, even unfilled. No skimping on the gazebo either, quality construction througout, looks like it was designed by an artist, great aesthetics. We are super happy about our purchase and we are really enjoying the spa and gazebo. A huge thanks to everyone at Arctic Utah!

I have had a couple of spas and, so far, the Arctic Spa eliminates the problems I have experienced in the past. The construction and design are more efficient, and should keep rodents and pest out of the cabinet. Still waiting for the first electric bill, but I believe it should meet their promises.

Store personnel have been great in helping me get familiar with routine maintenance.

Their we're a few glitches in our information about the installation timing but after that was worked out all went very well. It's a great spa and the people at artic spa were very good . Very happy with the company

We bought our Spa at the Utah State fair. We were promised free tickets to get in with a phone call but no answer,Not wanting to wait we pais and went in. Looked at all the Spas and Artic offered no pressure information on there tub. The factory rep gave us all the info and assured us if we wanted to make the purchase we could get the Fair price. We went home and slept on it and decided to make the purchase. The Spa was delivered no hassles and the tech that set it up was very helpful and did a great job. we are very pleased with the Spa. Our only complaint was a lack of follow up calls on delivery time and slow responce when calling to get delivery time. Felt like we were forgotten. Other than that a great experience

I have been looking and researching swim spas for the last two years. I was literally just hours away from making a purchase from another dealer. I decided to call Arctic Spas at the last minute as they had previously given me some information, and a few things about the build quality of Arctic Spas intrigued me -- one of which was the insulated cabinet instead of the blown on insulation of other manufacturers. Upon calling them, I explained what I was a out to purchase and a price and asked what they had in comparison. They researched a bit and called me back within an hour and gave me a quote. I drove the 40 miles to the shop and spoke with the employees and the owner. They were extremely helpful and were more concerned about the customer service than getting me out the door with a new spa. Needless to say, I walked out of the store with a new spa. The spa came in a week or so behind schedule but I was kept in the loop as time progressed. The spa that came in was stained already though I ordered it unstained. They gave me several options to remedy the issue.
All options were fine, they actually went above and beyond.. I would recommend Arctic Spas to anyone.

Having owned and ran a national retail company for 25 years I really appreciate sincere, consistent customer service! My experience was nothing less than exceptional from the sales information side to the follow-up service side after the sale. I'll admit I needed additional help with the actual system usage but I continue to receive professional, courteous help from everyone I talk to. Keep up the good work. Your Spas are truly made for the harsher winter climates and perform as initially explained to me.

Love our new spa, honestly it's nicer than I out it would be. The website is really helpful.

After 6-months of research, and a visit to every spa/pool dealer in the Salt Lake Valley and a couple in Las Vegas, not to mention the Salt Lake County Fair, we purchased an Arctic Spa Ocean and had it delivered to St. George in December 2012. We have been thrilled. Every time that we use it we comment about how happy we are that we bought the Ocean.
The Ocean is big – but it does exactly what we wanted it to do. In the winter it is a hot tub, and in the summer it is a small pool. When the kids and grandkids are with us, the smaller kids love to inch along the sides to get to the main swim nozzles and then get swept back to the group in the seated area. They do this again and again. We have had 14 people in the tub/pool at one time – and were all very comfortable and free to move around.
I have loved the electronic interface and find it easier to check/change the temperature and settings from my iPhone, than to use the control panel on the spa. I understand that I can now connect it to my home router and check/change settings remotely. Very cool and reassuring.
The crew at Arctic Spas Utah have been very helpful. We delayed the delivery of the spa for nearly 45 days (landscaping issues) and have been back for instructions on different chemicals, several times. Always great and I have never felt like an interruption or imposition.

After shopping around with all of the spa companies we were so happy to find Arctic Spas. Christian Staples is very knowledgeable and never did we feel any pressure. He addressed all of our concerns and needs. He gained our trust and we couldn't be happier with our spa. During set up, Brett took his time and helped us understand the workings of our spa taking away the fear we had. The follow up and availability to answer our questions is such a value. I fee like we became part of the Arctic Spa family! Thanks, Christian & Brett for all of your support.

Christian and crew are Awesome. Not only do they know hot tubs inside-out, so they can answer any question, you may have, but they take the time to make sure you know all about then too. There was no pressure, just answers. They even invited use to come down and try one out in the store. Ours Klondiker was ordered in Aug. of 2011 and installed in Sept. without a hitch. Christian helped use find an electrician to install the power box, then he come out to setup the tub the next day. We're looking forward to our second yearly maintenance. That's the only time someone needs to come out. It works (and feels) better then they claimed, and would recommend Arctic Spas and Arctic Spas Utah to any one wanting the best.
We stop in all the time just to see whats new and say "Hi" to our friends there. Can't say enough about both, Christian and his staff, who will do what it takes to make you happy. Arctic Spa is great too, they makes a first class product, and go the extra mile to not only keep up with what's new, but leading the way.. Awesome!!

i can definitely recommend arctic spa in salt lake city. very informative and very patient- necessary for our purchase.
