Big thank to the lads from Ardex. For doing a demonstration at easy bathrooms in Sheffield with the self levelling demo they gave out great advice on what preparation was needed

Terrible customer service, arrogant management.

I placed an order with Ardex on 6th January for a delivery on 12th January.

They arranged delivery details with me and I confirmed with the customer on the agreed date and I have now been emailed on the 9th of January @ 3.30pm to say they have put my order on back order due to not having any stock.

Why they didn't tell me in advance or just not accept the order so I could look somewhere else, all comes down to very poor customer service and now a let down customer and his customer all due to lack of communication and now everyone has been affected apart from them as they obviously have no care for customers and time.

after the belgian specialists of the company visited our site on my demmand ( a swimmingpool ) that was ready to place the epoxyjoints they give us green light to start the works . after 1 day of grouting we noticed major color differences , however we had only ordered 1 color and received it delivered .
we contacted the people from Ardex Belgium after the first day 12 times , they always had an explenation and told us that in the end everything could be fixed with their cleaningproducts ...... they also sent a jointspecialist from the company who came to work with us for a day , he had the same differences as us
Turned out that several batches had been delivered wich they saild could not be a problem but we saw the differences per packaging in our jointing
long story short , after the works were done we NEVER heard from them again exept to avoid filling the pool as leverage to our end-customer
the result is a financial disaster ( + 50 K ) for us without any respons from them until today
i think this is a real shame for a company with such a good reputation in the field of construction specialties , mistakes can happen but admitting them and offering a constructive solution should be the least ............

Despite strict and extensive prep work pursuant to the Ardex guidelines, my PANDOMO floor is cracked, stains easily and is delaminating in sheets. Not recommended!
Love other Ardex products, not this one.

total trash,less than a year it was flaking off

Great product on my private surfaces. Supplier and tiler gave me the same feedback. I really like it!

We were not told by the installer that any water will stain the floor. We did not get any aftercare advice from our supplier so did not know that literally leaving a water stain for more than 10 mins means it will soak through and stain. We had the floor installed in a 50 m2 kitchen of the understanding it was tough and robust and ideal of our purposes. The original installation firm did not seem to understand the product. They did try and remove the seal, clean the floor and re-seal but it did not work so we are asking them to return to re-do two smaller rooms adjoining the kitchen which has most issues but no word yet. They just said that another customer claimed accidental damage on their house insurance and they re-did the whole floor but that seems a cop-out and puts the responsibility with the customer to sort out. Poor customer service.

Agree with other reviewers that this product is terrible. Anything that touches it leaves a mark - it's like living with a white carpet for flooring. I wish I had seen these reviews before as I would never have used this product for our new house. Sadly our brand new floor was spotted from the beginning and gets new marks every day from basic use. Nobody seems to be able (or willing) to fix it. Extremely disappointed! I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this product.

Similar to other reviewer - our kitchen floor has not stood the test of time. Ardex Pandomo floors are soft, and damage/stain and crack far too easily. Avoid.

These floors are not resilient and not hard wearing

Avoid. Our family had an Ardex Pandomo floor installed - within weeks it was cracked and covered in stains from water and day to day use. Apparently this product is not resilient to water or day to day usage. How ridiculous. Ardex visited the site and told us they had never seen issues like it and are now doing a total u-turn and trying to blame everyone but their own product.

Now we are in a situation where the only way to solve this problem is to tile over a totally ruined floor or pour a resin over the top. Removing the brand new kitchen and then the floor and starting again is too expensive. We would never specify another concrete floor - if you have ANY issue - it cannot be repaired.
