Fraud. James, the director promises a very good deal initially, then they pay nothing. Wasted of time, money and energy and plenty of stress if you start anything with this company.

This company are a scam
This company are a scam - will pretend to be a debt collection agency and force you to transfer money to a revolut account or they’ll issue a ccj. They will use your data with a previous company. I.e a gym or a standing order you had in place. Please be careful and do not transfer this company any money until they show proof of documentation of your membership and dates of when this “debt” occurred.

This statement is entirely false and highly misleading.
Argentum Capital Partners Ltd is a legitimate UK business, instructed by clients to recover outstanding debts where legally valid agreements exist. We operate under contractual authority provided by our clients, and always supply full documentation upon request, including copies of contracts, membership agreements, payment histories and supporting information.
We do not "pretend" to be a debt collection agency — we are fully authorised by our clients to act on their behalf. All payments are processed through regulated UK financial institutions, using secure payment systems and appropriate references to ensure accuracy and full audit trails.
We appreciate that not all debtors wish to engage with the process, but this does not justify publishing false and defamatory allegations. Making serious and untrue claims of "scam" or "fraud" is both factually incorrect and legally actionable.
We remain available to address any genuine queries directly with the individual concerned.
