I partnered with Arise for years

I partnered with Arise for years, but my experience with the Fiserv Universal Fraud Program ultimately caused me to end the relationship.

My biggest concern was not that problems occurred. Problems happen in any business. The issue was the repeated lack of coordinated support, ownership, and follow-through when serious operational problems were reported.

Beginning in March 2026, I was supposed to receive Lost/Stolen upskill training for the Fiserv program. That training was rescheduled, but I was never properly enrolled or given the access necessary to complete it.

For months, I repeatedly contacted support, opened incidents, followed up with Customer Success, and asked for help. During that same period, Lost/Stolen calls continued to be routed to me even though I had not been given the required training. Those calls had to be transferred, which affected performance metrics and created a poor experience for cardholders needing time-sensitive assistance.

What became most frustrating was the pattern of incidents being marked “resolved” while the underlying problem was still not resolved. I was repeatedly told that someone would follow up or corrective action would be taken, yet the issue continued for months.

Eventually, Arise offered the training, but by then I had lost confidence in the support structure surrounding the program.

A successful platform partnership should include more than performance requirements for Service Partners. It should also include timely training, accurate routing, responsive support, accountability, and a genuine team environment that helps partners succeed.

After months of escalation without effective resolution, I decided to terminate my Fiserv Statement of Work and end my partnership with Arise.

I am sharing this because anyone considering the Arise platform should understand that the income opportunity also depends heavily on the quality of support, training, communication, and resources available when something goes wrong.

My experience was that too much responsibility was placed on the Service Partner while meaningful support and accountability were inconsistent.

Data theft.

Good Day.

I have been searching for work from home opportunities online and I came across this website arise and I signed up I created an account I signed content forms for NDA and after I did that I decided that I would do the assessments the next day because I was tired.

From that day to now which is about 3 days I'm unable to log into the account even after contacting their support team via email and they had assisted me with that I then came on just pilot to see the reviews and other people were having similar issues I had created an account for my friend like an hour ago because we're both looking for jobs and this is a waste of time they are stealing our personal data and they are not trustworthy and they must be stopped immediately because this is a war crime against those who are professionals looking for a job.

I urge you, do not go on this website it is a scam and they are stealing your personal information.

I recommend that you please request that they deleted your account and personal information via email.

This has been extremely frustrating…

This has been extremely frustrating from the beginning. I REALLY wanted this to work. I was signed up with Arise a couple of years ago but didn't sign up for any jobs, but I could still see opportunities without having to go down the rabbit hole into frustration for more than 2 months. In March, I signed up for Arise and then discovered now an assessment is required before you can see any opportunities. So I completed the assessment successfully but when I went back to the Arise site, it just kept prompting me to Complete Assessment. I tried using the virtual chat AVA - this is useless. It takes a miracle to connect with a human. When I finally did, they could see the assessment had been completed and I was given a ticket #. It took almost 2 weeks for this to be resolved. So then I find out I have to actually register with a company before I can see opportunities. So I signed up with the one I really wanted to work for and I received a message that I had been accepted and then I got an onboarding email with further instructions, which I tried to complete. But now on the Arise site, my account was stuck in pending registration status and I could do nothing. I emailed Arise and was told to contact the company and finally the company replied that weren't hiring in my state and that was a mistake. They advised I could cancel it on the Arise site. This was not correct, I was unable to cancel this on my end and got nowhere with Ava. I logged in several days and no changes were ever made.
I had a trip planned in Mid April and I really had to step away from this frustration. Last week, I tried logging in to Arise and now it looks ok, except I am prompted to complete the assessment. Again. At this point, I think I must be getting close because I already know who NOT to register with. So yesterday, I completed the assessment again, successfully. When I followed the prompts to close the window and go back to Arise, all I get are more prompts to Complete Assessment.
Then, I saw a contact option which turned out to be Harver, the company that processes the assessments. I was back and forth all day in email with the end of the conversation being Harver telling me they confirm the assessment is complete and I need to contact Arise to resolve. Again, I tried AVA. AVA cannot handle complex issues like this. I tried 15 different options to chat with a human and got nowhere. So I tracked down a phone number and called Arise yesterday afternoon, only to be told after 10 minutes on hold that I needed to send an EMAIL to registration support describing the issues. I sent a lengthy email with all details and screenshots only to receive a canned response telling me to use Ava. When I replied Ava is not helpful, cannot handle these issues and how difficult it is to transfer all this in a chat bow, when I replied that I am begging them to please help resolve this some other way, all I got was the same, canned response telling me to use AVA they don't handle these issues by email. Or apparently by phone either.
I'm done. I have spent HOURS just trying to get onboard with Arise. Based on the other review, I am not missing anything. I began this nightmare of an attempt to earn money around March 15 and it's now June 4.
I do not recommend this company. All I get is the runaround just trying to get started.

This is not only my experience

This is not only my experience. This is something many people working with Arise in India have talked about, and many people will understand exactly what I’m saying.

People join with hope. We create accounts, clear assessments, complete ID verification, background checks, enroll in programs, receive training dates, and invest our time because we believe we are stepping into a real opportunity.

But after people give their time, effort, energy, and trust, what happens?

Enrollment gets completed. Training dates arrive. People prepare seriously. Some spend weeks or even months in unpaid training with the expectation that certification and hard work will finally lead to actual work.

Then suddenly people are removed. Or they are told there are not enough hours. Or after completing long training periods, they are shifted into another process and forced to start everything again — proficiency tests, verification, onboarding, waiting, uncertainty.

Do you understand what that does to people?

This is not a video game where you reset progress and press start again.

These are real people. People with responsibilities, bills, families, pressure, and expectations. People who wake up every day trying to build a future.

If you do not have enough work, enough hours, or enough opportunities, then say it honestly from the beginning.

Please stop treating people as if their time has no value.

If you want to do business in India, then respect Indian workers too. Stop expecting people to keep investing hope, time, and effort into a cycle of uncertainty.

We are not numbers on a dashboard. We are not disposable. And people's lives are not something to play with.

If others have experienced this too, speak up.
