I love the concept and enjoyed getting a package of new clothes every month. I found I spent a lot of time researching what to order, it was too time consuming for me. I may have been able to take better advantage of their assistance in narrowing down my search. I ended up only wearing about half of what I received over the few months. I did buy a couple of the items, so that was a bonus. Returns were super easy, just drop the package at the post office after the new order comes in.

When an item wasn’t available I’d get a free item but for next month but I wasn’t sure I’d keep my membership that long. I paid for seven items and I keep getting 5 or 6. Some items are very scented of dry cleaning scents to the point they were unwearable . A few sweaters were pilling and needed a shave. Not sure I’ll keep my membership. Some cute items. Just slightly lower quality than what I expected. Looking for higher end items. And bags.

I have tried many clothing services and this is my absolute favorite!!

I’m really enjoying Armoire as a way of supplementing my capsule wardrobe. The clothing is very high-quality - think Nordstrom’s brands, like Paige, Brass, Boden - and the items arrive quickly, under a week, clean & neatly packaged in a returnable pouch with a shipping label ready to send back. Yes, you may have to iron a few items, but hey - they’ve been shipped in the mail. Takes 5 minutes.

I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the items I’ve worn, and if I want to purchase an item I just click on the app and it’s done. My sister is switching from RTR to Armoire because she likes my style so much. Applause to Armoire for being fabulous!

I love the variety of different style options. Only real downside is that pieces are often not available. I've purchased a 7 piece per month subscription, but only got 4 new pieces this past month due to availability of the items (which was not known until after I placed my shipment request.) Pretty disappointing.

Everything that I ordered was delivered quickly, arrived in excellent condition and was worn frequently. I enjoyed looking through my curated closet and trying different styles. Highly recommend!

I'm giving four stars because the service and speed is incredible. The flexibility they allow with keeping your last case until the next one arrives is great. So the service and process is 5-stars. But the selection and items are 3-stars. There has often been an item I want where my size isn't available. But my bigger issue is that I've now had two garments (both suit-type pieces, which would be dry clean only) that smelled like BO! It happened with one blazer where about an hour into my work day, I could smell it...and had to live with it for the day. So I learned when a suit-dress came, I smelled the pits first...and not good. I didn't wear it. I also had one pair of pants with a stain on them. I've reviewed my specific items; hopefully the attach it to the barcode and not just generically to the piece.

I really really wanted to like armoire as a less expensive option to rent the runway, however, my experience fell flat. The biggest reason is the availability of clothing, some items were only available in one size (a 4?!?) which made it hard to find items that would potentially fit. Then the items in my size were often already rented. I had difficulty filling my case each month with items that I actually wanted and would wear multiple times. The shipping is also slow. I'd rather pay a little more for a better service.

Great quality clothing!!

Armoire is more than a clothing rental business. It is a community! I recently attended an event at Armoire about entrepreneurship, then a couple days later I got a new headshot at Armoire. I love meeting women at Armoire and I find support and confidence with these connections.

Clothing was not sophisticated and was poor quality. Would not recommend.

Great selection, great concept

Love having something new to wear each month! Shipping is fast and the process is easy. Really fun!

I loved having a boost to my wardrobe during the holiday season, and without spending a lot of money!

I don't feel like it is intuitive to figure out when I can swap clothes. I also tried to log in on the Nuuly app but it won't let me. The selection of clothes is only ok, I never see the outfits that are advertised. They are mostly just basics. The quality is also hit or miss.

It’s not only fun to receive great quality clothes once a month, but I love the idea of renting and not overstuffing my wardrobe to get the latest styles. Armoire makes returns super easy too. I always look forward to my next case!
