An amazing company with fantastic service
Had 2x new bedroom windows fitted back in December, the entire process was very simple whilst ordering these windows, the surveyors were very informative when I first had them out, for the final survey they double checked all specifications with me before ordering. The fitters were top notch. They were quick and efficient, they had also left the place as tidy as it was before they started fitting. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Proceed with care
Said they would come out to give quote for some work. Said between 1 and 4 pm but never showed.
Phone at 4:30, had my name and my address wrong and obviously was still in thier office.
If they can't turn up in time or even phone to say they would be late how reliable are they?
Follow up.
The owner of the company did phone and apologise indicating that the mix up was cause by new staff in the office.
For this reason I have amended my initial 1 star review.

In regards to the review I would like to apologise again for the mix up with the office staff, we appreciate the amendment to the review. We have had a new member of staff in the office for a few weeks now. They did have training on booking out the diaries and we also have a strict policy about not giving out times unless it is a first call appointment as we can never guarantee how long each appointment will take. On this occasion after doing a review, the process was not followed at our end.
The surveyor who was attending had just came out of his last call and had only ‘afternoon’ on his paperwork. There was a miscommunication with the office who had picked up your surname incorrectly and had noted this down on the paperwork incorrectly. We should have repeated the details back on the phone to ensure everything was correct.
When the surveyor had called he was flustered by the name being wrong as this is not something that normally happens, he had missed said the number however the number and full address was correctly taken down.
We have since given the member of staff extra training and we are sorry we did not live up to your expectations on this occasion.
As a family run business, this out of the ordinary for us and these mistakes do not tend to happen very often.

Fantastic job at an excellent price
Fantastic job at an excellent price. Our two fitters were professional, friendly, knowledgeable. This definitely wasn’t the easiest job they’ve had to do but they worked so hard to get it done and to perfection.
We are delighted with our new windows and we will recommend Armour to anyone.

Excellent service provided
I would like to thank the staff for the fantastic service provided when I was lucky to win their January giveaway on Facebook.
I am delighted with the front door I chose, Lyon Six in white with chrome accessories from the Virtuoso Range.
Great advise from all staff, all very friendly and professional.
Door was fitted yesterday by 2 polite, friendly and hardworking fitters. They arrived when promised and cleaned up what little mess there was before leaving , thank you
I would definitely recommend Armour Home Improvementd to friends and family.

Would highly recommend Armour Home…
Would highly recommend Armour Home Improvements. Right from start after requesting a quote they came out quickly and explained everything and arranged a follow up visit to double check measurements for new windows. We were kept up to date at all times via email for every stage. Armour take only a deposit and balance is paid on day windows installed. They also kindly offered us a cancellation date which meant we got our new windows earlier than expected. The work carried out was done quickly and efficiently and there were no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Armour Home Improvements and will certainly be using them again.

Delighted with the service from Armour…
Delighted with the service from Armour Home Improvements. They did double glazing on a large house and made an excellent job of every window. Very neat finish and spotless clean up afterwards. Prompt, hardworking, polite, nothing was too much trouble and they took pride in getting all the details correct. Very happy with the end result, and good communication with the office throughout.

New Roofline….highly recommended!
New roofline fitted and had a great experience from start to end. From the initial visit and quote to surveyor and then fitting everything has been extremely smooth.
The job was done over 3 days with the fitters doing a brilliant job and finish which has left me absolutely delighted. They were clean and tidy with all waste disposed of.
There was one little hiccup along the way but this was fixed extremely quickly and I cannot fault the customer service given from all. Highly recommend using this firm!

I am so happy with the work carried out on my home. All new windows and doors. The guys were great very professional and polite. I cannot praise them enough. Arrived early and worked late. The finish is excellent. They were very patient with my dog too!! I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much. I feel like I have a new home.
