Absolute disgrace. Paid for the ppv pass to watch the pre season matches but website or app are not working. Waste of money!!! How can I get a full refund???

This company you have advertise to buy merchandise from are the worst company I have ever tried to buy something from! It was from the legends match on your program. I wanted to buy the ltd edition archive edition. Set to pay over 3 months, then told I won't get it for 3 months as I have set it up this way. By the manager btw. Then I asked to pay all at once, as I wanted as a xmas gift, 3 weeks later and 4 email reminders no response. As a company you should take responsibility for advertising a company with such bad customer service, especially if it's to do with Arsenal. It has ruined an amazing surprise, I've had to find something else, and cancel!! Although they still haven't replied to my cancellation email!

Up the Arsenal
Never one to stand still, Arsenal are always keeping things fresh and their websites no different.
Lots of content swell as online shopping and ticket services, customer care is brilliant.
As a purple member i need to use the online facilities a lot to book tickets and keep up to date the Disabled supporters and members section is always up to date and if i need to i can call up and speak to one of the girls like Jackie who always go above and beyond.

Easy Online Bookings/Shopping
Have purchased membership, match tickets and merchandise in the past and it is sooo user-friendly. Online shopping orders have always arrived within 2 working days as promised and they keep you well informed via SMS & emails. Arsenal Player is also brilliant as it lets you keep up to date with player interviews, watch replays and does not take ages to 'buffer' as most online video sites do.
