Website easy to navigate and browse the selection of artwork.
Had no issues when purchases or afterwards, but I was contacted in person to let me know how things were progressing and a nice after care email to see how things were going

The few contacts that I've recently had with customer service at Art2Arts have all been very positive. They are prompt in answering queries and resolving any concerns. I would highly recommend Art2Arts as a company that sets the standard for what customer service is about. Other companies can certainly take a page from their book.
