Very happy with my print. It was carefully packaged but I wish you hadn't used styrofoam.

I have been a photographer for over 70 years. Some of my work is in the Center for Creative Photography in Tucson. I have worked both professionally as an advertising photographer and as a more demanding non-professional. I recently had the opportunity to have two black and white images reproduced by ArtisanHD that I was giving as gifts. Their work was superb. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. The finished product met or exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Stephanie took the time to sit with me and help me with sizing and the different types of prints (acrylic/canvas). I didn’t have a very big order but she took her time with me and the end result was beautiful. Highly recommend this company!

1st time I called durning normal business hours, no one answered the phone left a message via voice mail no return call. The website would not all me to select the size I needed. I called again in a few days and the person I need to speak with was on the phone. She returned my call in 2 days. Informed me the web site was experiencing problems and just put the size needed in the notes. It was such long process to get this photo done. I have been using ArtisanHD for 10+ years and have never experienced customer service of such a poor level. Everyone was nice not sure why I experienced this however other than the delay my customer received the print and she was very happy with it.

This was my 5th or 6th piece with ArtisanHD. More than happy with the quality of their work and service.

I received a great large print of our courthouse from ArtisanHD - excellent quality as well as excellent service and speed. Thanks so much - it's going to make a great Christmas gift.

I contacted Artisan HD before ordering and got a second opinion on what I should get, they were extraordinarily helpful and the print looks great (aside from some minor errors on my end). I'm so happy with it i am even shipping it out to a friend as a gift for the holidays.

I accidentally clicked the wrong shipping method and they made time to notice and correct it. The piece was made in a reasonable amount of time, and when I received the canvas print it FAR exceeded my expectations. I was nervous based on cheaper things I had seen, but the work done by ArtisanHD was well worth the money. I will definitely use their services again!

It had been a while since I had ordered any printing, so I needed to be reminded of the technical requirements, and at one point I had to submit an updated photo after my client requested some minor changes. The staff, specifically Stephanie, have always been patient and helpful. My client was very pleased with the canvas print he commissioned.

The quality of the print was good, even for their cheapest option (which was also very reasonably priced). Shipping happened quickly, and it was well packed. Will be using them again in the future and on more expensive prints, with confidence they will do a great job.

I was experiencing difficulty online with the sizing of my photos. I wrote to Artisan HD and received a response within a day from Stephanie Joyce. I stopped in to Artisan HD and was able to meet with Stephanie. She assisted me immediately. The finished products were beautiful.

First time I used ya'll for any kind of printing. I was a little put off by lack of updates especially since it shipped later than expected but have to give ya'll 5 stars. I'm very happy with the results.

I started using this company early 2022, apposed to my local vender. Obviously it's a little less convenient but the service level and quality of product is well worth forfeiting the benefit of local service.
