Couldn’t be happier

Amazing Quality Photo and Customer Service
I had a tight deadline for an image to be printed and shipped. I left a message on the weekend, and Stephanie called me back first thing Monday morning and had the image printed and out the door by Tuesday. I was already a big fan of this place due to their high quality products, but add customer service to that list as well now!

Great "batting average"
Solid quality and prompt response on everything, as professional as I have experienced anywhere.
Add that I inquired after the purchase if the backlit frame was dimmable, and their customer service was back with the answer overnight.

Print was oversaturated
Print was oversaturated. I contacted the company about the problem. They took no responsibility for it. Said I could alter my art file to compensate for their printing and experiment at my expense. No thanks.
