Was all good apart from the delivery was not in the right place so I had to pay somebody to collect and deliver back to me. It was rectified by as guard staff I did give me a goodwill gesture which was excellent. Many thanks Steve Virgin.

Good customer service with quick answering of phone calls.
Discount system confusing - bundle deals don't allow additional discount codes. It took me a phone call to customer service to find this out.
It would also be helpful to have installation wait times on your website before buyers commit to paying.

Notification update, good delivery service, quality product.

Had to wait 10 weeks to get my shed and had a few issues when delivered but eventually got everything resolved and Asgard in fairness admitted it wasn't the best experience for me and did say sorry heartfeltly and gave me a small refund as goodwill gesture.

Can't fault the shed now, it's solid and quite a build but definitely worth it and I think it's warrants it's price tag.

I'd do business with them again in the future in regards to how they eventually dealt with me a customer.

It’s very difficult to swipe sideways to see the photos and you should have a function to be able to compare different sheds / sizes

Good, Solid Construction - There is a huge difference between this substantial metal structure and the plastic storage sheds that are available - there is no chance of this blowing over in the wind, and it is very secure.

Updated the rating due to the team getting in touch and investigating the issues. It's good to know that they take quality seriously, which is evident in the sheds.

The quality of the sheds is very good. What's not so good is the quality of their consignment checking. We ordered two planters with wheels. The wheels weren't delivered with the planters, so I couldn't assemble them, as I was waiting for the wheels. It took about 4 weeks for the wheels to come back into stock.
I was just in the middle of assembling my second bike shed when I discovered that I was two bolts short for the lid hinges. I've no idea how long that'll take to sort out, but in the meantime I've got no shed and I'm waiting around again.
It's frustrating.

Easy to order all straight forward. But at the checkout stage installation had been added although I had not specified it in the order.

I didn't feel good about the interaction and was told as a customer I was being unreasonible.

Ordered a secure shed for garden tools etc after seeing the quality of the product in our neighbour's garden. Order process was straightforward. The long delivery period was explained up front (sheds are built to order and I requested delivery of the accessories to be with the shed). Asgard kept me informed by email of progress throughout. The delivery driver helped me to bring the parts into my back garden and was polite and helpful. My grandson and I put the shed up on one of the hottest June days ever recorded. The 5.5 hour build time is probably not representative of its ease of construction as we took frequent breaks to cool down and hydrate. The only difficulty we had was that some of the fixing holes were slightly misaligned but by loosening some earlier fuxings we could realign panels and get the screws in at all locations. I'd recommend having manual, ratchet and electric screwdrivers available for self-builders, to speed up the installation and help with doing up the screws in the tight spaces. And it's definitely a two person build. The finished shed looks great, is very stable and the 1 star lock should be more than adequate to secure a few garden tools within. Overall, I am a very happy Asgard customer.

The website is easy to navigate. The price paid for the quality of the product is fair. I am now just waiting for a confirmation of when the product will be delivered and assembled. I can’t wait for it to arrive!
