It's amazing how many people say they are Christian but never actually practice Christian values: this business didn't send me part of my order and would have just left it that way if I hadn't insisted on a refund of my missing order. The customer service representative Aimen spoke as smooth as butter, when the opposite was true. Never purchasing from them again.

Some confusion over availability of The Chosen season 3 DVD but still arrived in reasonable time. It would have helped if the release date had been highlighted in the catalogue.

Placed an order on 1st October, for a book that was listed as 'Available for Order'. Payment was taken straightaway. It then took 8 days for them to contact me, saying that the book was out of stock with no known date for new deliveries. I chose to cancel the order. I did get a full refund, but there was no attempt to answer my questions, e.g. why list the book as available when it's out of stock, why take over a week to tell me it's out of stock, why take money before knowing if the book is in stock. Even now, 20 days after the order was cancelled, my online account still shows it as 'shipped' in one place and 'awaiting shipment' in another place, with no reference to it having been cancelled/refunded. Very unimpressed. I also suggested that they change the listing on their website to avoid confusion/disappointment for other customers, but they have not done this, and the book is still showing as available for order.

Ordered a bible of n the 8th of October. Not delivered up to now, there was no communication and confirmation what date it will be delivered.
Not going to recommend and not ordering again today in this website.
