Worst headset has Junk audio cord and ear cushions/pad falling off
Worst headset I ever purchased . Brand new used it maybe 20 times threw out the year and was very well taken care of the cord ended up having a short in it and cuts the audio out "very low quality cord" not to mention the glue they use on the ear cushions I had one fall off and had to re-glue back on. A $25 headset lasted me longer then the astro a10

I'm back here over a year later from my last review on this headset and they're still the worst headset I've ever had. They've never worked properly for the PS4 or the ps5. Stay clear of these. Just don't buy an astro headset. Save your time and money and go to something different. Something that will work.

Dieses Headset bringt nur Probleme mit sich ich weiss nicht wie sich dieser Preis rechtfertigen lässt aber das Ding sollte vom Markt genommen werden es ist eine einzige Frechheit. Update für ein Headset?! Für was?! Damit du nur Probleme mit Verbindung hast und es gefühlt benutzen kannst. truly abysmal headset. Every single firmware update completely whipes all memory that you have used the things before, stops connecting, refuses to update, and wont let you use them without the update in a vicious circle. Its the worst wireless headset i have ever experienced. Your better off flushing your money down the toilet, and valuing your time better.

Astro promised a comparable headset for my son who purchased the really expensive wireless set with the base. They are JUNK they fall apart and even in warranty- they said they would allow him to chose another comparable pair, constructed differently. Thanks Astro. I hope you know you ripped my autistic son off who is really not happy about spending $350 for “crap”
Astro are a joke.
My A50 headset stopped working and they tried to tell me it was my fault. It turns out the astro firmware is the issue as it does not work. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the headset......only the firmware. They still did not accept responsibility and did not change my headset which is now useless. Do not bother wasting your money with Astro.
Überlegt es euch 3x ob ihr es euch kauft.
Ich besitze dieses Produkt schon seit 1 Woche und ich muss sagen das der Klang von Spielaufzeichnungen durch das Headset sich so schlecht anhört als hätte ich so eine billig Chinaware gekauft gehabt.
1. Ton und Mikrofon sind miserabel schlecht für 300€ (was ingame betrifft) (Wären dann halt nur sehr gute Wireless Kopfhörer um Musik zu hören.)
2. Was zum Teufel habt ihr euch beim Bügel am Kopf gedacht? Warum fällt es nach kleinen Bewegungen immer raus und lässt sich kaum bis gar nicht wieder rein machen, es ist beim zocken einfach nur störend! (nicht mal eine Klickfunktion gibt es und man muss versuchen es reinzubekommen und hoffen dass es nicht wieder rausfällt!)
3. Der Hype um Astro A50 ist so unberechtigt und der Preis ist auch eine Frechheit!
ps: ich werde es mit Sekundenkleber noch zusammenkleben müssen damit es mal hält.

I ordered a A40 headset, I was told to give a month for shipping, I waited. One month passes and I get an email saying it moved my shipping date out another month. I still waited, 2 weeks go by and I get an email that my order was cancelled. What a trash experience from them.

Astro gaming will never have my business again. I placed a custom headset order and was told it would ship in one month. One month goes by and nothing, I email asking for an update and they tell me it’ll be another month before it’ll ship. I argue for a refund and they give me different answers on being able to refund it and then not being able to, so I decided to just wait it out. Over two months go by and the order is still in process so I ask for another update. Before my ticket is even answered I get notified that my order has been cancelled, for no reason and no warning. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and product handling. If I could give a negative star I absolutely would.
Nightmare Scam Company
I made a Trustpilot account just so I could rate this SCAM company one star.
I placed an order for the custom A40 TR headset on July 11, 2023. The website states there is a 2-4 week shipping date from the time of order, which is understandable since it's a "custom" product. It is now September 6th, and the new shipping date they provided is in OCTOBER!!!!! What the actual f, FOUR MONTHS to fulfill a simple headset order!!!! It's not even very "custom" at all, it's merely swapping in a couple of different colored plastics to their usual solid black headset.
To make matters worse, their customer service is ran out of a shack by two children in Peru. I wish I were exaggerating, but I'm not. They do not speak English and it's one person in the "sales department" and one person in the "order support" department. Always the same two individuals without fail, and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. I'm fuming, I waited months for a low quality, sheitty product when I really should have taken my money elsewhere.
Now I'm battling them for a refund, even though the previous email I received stated that federal law provides my eligibility to cancel for a refund. Yet when I emailed their support team, they said: "We don't allow cancellations of custom products." This company is a NIGHTMARE, and I'm going to have to fight this with my credit card company if they still ship out the item despite all of my requests to cancel. This company is a NIGHTMARE SCAM, RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!

I had a part on the headset broken so I sent them an email...took several weeks then they ask for all the info and I sent them..
Then they replied with a copy and paste asking for info again...
And everytime I explain it was sent they would just say the same thing...so eventually they said they cant find the info...so after months of this...I sent all the required info 3 times and they never answered me after that...wth ?...is like they couldnt care less if they took ur money...I always assume they where a high standard company...what a joke...dont even ask for the info then...just wasting time

Eilbestellungen werden zwar pünklich geliefert, was jedoch für den Käufer überraschend kommt, da Versand und Versandunternehmen nicht genannt werden. Sehr schade

Les casques sont de bonne manufacture de manière général. Le mien a aujourd'hui 4 ou 5 ans.
Cependant, le mixamp M80 du Astro A40 est très fragile. Il doit être remplacé 1 fois par an en moyenne. Coût : 80 €
L'avantage de ce casque et de trouver des pièces détachées, mais à quel prix ? Les coussinets à 14.99 € avec une livraison à 12 €..
Un câble de remplacement à 9.99 € et une livraison à 12€...
Livraison gratuite à partir de 39 €...
Je trouve cela dommageable voir abusif de payer autant de frais de livraison pour remplacer un accessoire qui coûte moins cher que la livraison.
