Order recieved in good condition and in a timely fasion.
I have never replaced a chip on my canon cartidges, and there was no instructions with my order of $90.00.
Also I Couldn't find instuctions on your website.

Pros: great prices, relatively fast delivery. Cons: Some tanks are read as incompatible and occasionally waste ink because I have to remove a tank with a lot of ink left.

Waited to use your product until my black cartridge needed ink. Your Durafirm ink seems to be working great. I hope it continues. Thanks, and I will buy again if it continues to work.

Mine was not a huge order ,,, just three $10 recycled cartridges for my ancient HP inkjet printer. Nevertheless, Atlantic Inkjet shipped my order promptly, and when it arrived it was exactly as described. Good job!

Although I have had some cartridges that didn't function well, they always replaced them immediately. I am a long standing customer and here is another reason. When my old printer died, I had 5 cartridges from my stock that were now no longer any good to me. They didn't fit my new printer. Atlantic inkjet let me return them is giving me a store credit for them. They've got my 5 star vote!

We need quick service on our inks and they provide such. The product must work with our printers and give great printouts and the inks that I have purchased does just that.

Been using Atlanticinkjet for about four years now and found them to reliable and quick in shipping. I've used their ink cartridges in my Canon Pixma 960 printer and had no problems, leaks or failures with any of the inks.

It has been difficult for me to know what company I am dealing with since name has changed a couple of times.

I purchased $ 70.- worth of "compatible" ink cartridges for my BROTHER MFC-J870 DW. They arrived with a on epage expanation of how to handle "error messages" and problems with cartridges that were not recognized by a "finicky" printer. I replaced the first cartridge, was not recognized by the printer . I went through the recommended workarounds-no luck. Cartridge is not recognized. So I went on spending a good part of an hour replacing all the colours and the black cartridge, always followed by the same problem that the printer would not recognize the replacements. I did contact ATLANTIC INKJET a week ago, just asking for my money back, have not heard from them. Leaves me speechless.
