Very helpful, excellent engineer, simple and effective operation.

James arrived as expected, checked whether he needed to remove footwear. He checked if he could run water in bathroom, was quiet and tidy in his work and advised me at the end of the service. Was polite and respectful.

Just traded in my old softener for a new one. The old one, also an Atlantis, had done a great job (11 years of great service in an area where the water is virtually solid!) and was still going strong but it was time for a new more efficient one. The engineer was friendly and took care over the work. He did a great job of fitting the replacement softener and a new drinking water tap which looks great. Would happily recommend the softener and the company to anyone.

Steve had an unenviable task ahead of him when he came to resolve the problem I had with my water softener, as practically every part/component had to be replaced. Despite the challenge of working in a confined space, with me unhelpfully nattering away in the background, he remained positive, patient and painstaking. And solved the problem. ATLANTIS ALWAYS LET US KNOW WHEN OUR WATER SOFTENER IS DUE FOR A SERVICE. THIS YEAR AGAIN, THE ENGINEER WAS EXTREMELY WELL TURNED OUT, POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE ALSO SPENT TIME EXPLAINING THINGS - SO OFTEN TRADESMEN ARE IN TOO MUCH OF A HURRY BUT NOT SO WITH THE ATLANTIS ENGINEERS.

Fantastic Friendly Service. Excellent response on phone. Engineer attended promptly next day. In consultation, agreed old softener needed replacing. Carried out replacement on the spot to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Great company. Purchased a unit. Some intermittent issues. They sent someone on time. Offered a date that worked for me. Chap was knowledgeable. Worked diligently until the issue appeared to be fixed. Cleared up, explained what had been done. Very professional. The water softener seems much better than the old clockwork unit it replaced.

I never realy leave reviews on products but it was only when my wife said shall we upgrade our water softener to the Atlantis Eco softener it made me think hold on we have had this water softener for years and never given us any trouble only soft water.so after 13 years of having the AT210 I have now moved over to the AT350 and am just as delighted.We are on a water meter and the AT350 is a water saving softener and gives us plenty of soft water and uses half the amount of water than the AT210.There are plenty of companys out there that lay claims to their water softeners but after 13 years with my old unit and now 2 years on with my new AT350 i thought this was worth a review.5☆☆☆☆☆ Atlantis water well done.
