ATS Knutsford
Andy at ATS changed 4 tyres for me today. He was very helpful and kind in doing so. I actually had 4 x new wheels to fit the tyres on to. After changing the wheels over for me, he carefully loaded my old wheels (and tyres) into my car. He worked alone, had to deal with passing customers and of course the inevitable phone calls. He wasn't ever any less than polite, helpful and courteous. I commented about leaving a positive review and he mentioned to me that ATS were about to close this branch. This will be a shame, it's the only national tyre company there, it must have good trade etc and yet, this still doesn't seem to cut any ice with the company itself.
Great service and people aren't easy to find these days.
5* for the people there and the work that they do, 1* for ATS for closing a little gem.

I was in a bit of a jam
I was in a bit of a jam. Needed a new tyre to allow me to get to work and the lads stopped what they were doing and sorted me out. A big well done to them

ATS Knutsford Branch
Hi not often I post a review but on Friday the 29th I had 2 new Michelin tyres fitted at ATS Knutsford by two brilliant guys Liam and Andy.
Busy branch of ATS and looks a little run down but both staff were professional and polite in replacing my tyres and offering good advice.
Checked the tyre pressures on all 4 tyres and even checked the wear on my brake pads.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Never seen a more miserable unhelpful " manager" ( the one with the beard)
ATS you should be ashamed employing people that bad.
Took my tyre in. Completely blank face, blank non existent greeting.
So dismissive of the tyre before even checking it out.
Never going there again!
