Tyres offered were affordable and could be fitted when I wanted.

Very helpful friendly chaps. They discovered a fault on my car while it was up on the ramp having tyres fitted. The fault was a top mount broken and in urgent need of repair because it's too dangerous to drive. Thank you to the lads of Swaffham ATS

Good service although tyres were slightly delayed. Not happy with my final invoice as previously was a much cheaper price as initially agreed with garage. Explanation was tyre price given initially was for a different tyre. After delivery and fitted tyres it was explained that the initial tyres were not in stock. Would have been good customer service to explain this before fitting the more expensive replacement... Not happy 😡

Made an appointment, arrived at appointed time and my tyre was quickly repaired - simples

The price was really good for the make of tyre. However it was not in stock which delayed our appointment by 24hrs but comms were good and they fitted us in asap - so good customer focus.
Then they were changed really quickly, no waiting around for ages which you sometimes experience.

Tony and his team went above and beyond to help me, on what was already a busy day for them. I can't thank them enough for the help they gave, it was very much appreciated. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Visited ATS as my car was struggling to start and I suspected I needed a new battery. They ordered a replacement, it was delivered and fitted and I was on my way all within about 90 minutes. Very efficient service and all staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this branch and I would use them again in the future.
