I am unfortunately unable to get a good seal
I am unfortunately unable to get a “good deal” from any of the tips. Strange because I use the mediums from Apple, so I would have expected that if not medium again, small or large would work.

Hey Tyler, we are sorry to hear that, the sizes of our ear tips are shown on our website with medium being the same dimensions as the stock silicon tips. Due to the fact that we use memory foam material, it needs some time to be used in order for them to mold to your ears. If you have any other questions, please fell free to contact us.

Disappointed
First of all, I was not happen with how long it took for me to receive what I purchased form your company. Then the quality of the product was sub-par at best. I will not recommend or order form this company again!

Due to the epidemic, there has been delays with shipments however we have since changed our shipping process to expedite shipping to many countries such as the US and Canada. Send us an email to our support team at info@au-rik.com if you want a replacement set if you think your product was faulty on arrival.
Comfortable and sound great
Shipping took a long time but now that I finally have them I must say I love them. Perfect fit with the medium size , sounds great and the cleaning brush is a nice touch.

Hey Fernando, we dispatched your order in June 3rd and is currently awaiting airline departure from our processing facility in China. We have states on our Shipping Policy that orders to America will take 2-4 weeks to be delivered and might take a little longer due to the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic with international shipping. Your order is on its way, we hope you understand.
