Misleading and Rude

This company mislead the description of this machine being able to be used with Yoghurt. Using thick viscosity liquid in this machine is inconsitent. It either over pours or under pours (images attached), and the alignment of machine and bags would crack the top of our spout bags (image and video attached) when the Yoghurt is trying to pour. The supplier would blame us on the way we set the machine up. We are a large manufacturer of Yoghurt that is supplied Australia wide. We have other much larger machines that we use and maintain. The way the manufacturer spoke to us and belittled us on many occasions was rude.

This machine went through the Alibaba refund process and unfortunately it did not go well in our favour BECAUSE we did not get an Inspection Certificate from a thrid party in which we would have to pay for. We have wasted enough on this machine and the company. This is the ONLY reason the company replied to this review as they have. Nothing but games.
