Brand only in price, not service
The low score is directly related to the basic essence of luxury brands. Apparently AP only knows to charge for brand equity, without living up to the experience. I gave my Royal Oak Offshore for service. Charged €1700! At that price, you could expect at least a reasonable , if not top notch level of service. Well- forget it . The day after placing the watch I called to change something in my order. I was told a specialist will call back. I waited 2 days- no one called. Tried again - and again was told to expect a call back. Another 2 days pass by- and nothing. I call again, this time annoyed- and after many apologies- was promised I’ll get a call back soon. Guess what- 2 days went by, and no one called. Shame on you AP!!
