If you are purchasing an Audi (which is a very good car), I would avoid Audi Downtown Vancouver.
First is the leasing department. When my lease is near the end of the 4 year term, I wrote to them 3 times to give me the total amount for buy in. They just can't give me a figure and that lasted for over 2 months. Finally, they gave me a figure with 2 extra fees which added up to $2,000 that wasn't listed in the original contract. One staff lied about that being a requirement by the government. I went to another Audi dealer to do the buy in and saved $350.
Second issue. A month after the annual service, the 5th year battery went dead. They never checked the battery in an annual service. I called their service department from noon to 3 pm, and no one answer the phone (because it's a Friday?). I've left them a message to call me back and they never did. I then called the general number and talked to the operator. She said she will contact the service department and get back to me. It's a month now! Haha! Something wrong with the management there.
