Love the miracle cleanser

The miracle cleanser is a product that has saved my skin.
For years I swung between dry and oily breakouts, trying tens of different products.
A pea sized amount of Aurelia miracle cleanser each morning has reduced spots and balanced my skins oil levels for the better.
I slightly dampen my face. Massage in the cleanser and wipe it off after 5 minutes.
The cleanser will not remove heavy makeup like mascara but you can use micellar water for that.
One pot may seem expensive but it lasts me 6 months.
I won't use anything else now.

Excellent skincare and excellent…

Excellent skincare and excellent service! Quick and efficient delivery. I would really recommend the company. I originally came across them via a beauty box but have now gone on to buy face oil and moisturiser independently. Really lovely stuff! Now that Decleor has closed I think their oils are a great replacement. I have dry/sensitive skin and they are ideal for me.

Consistently good products and delivery

I have been happily using Aurelia skincare for years, nothing has changed, products are consistently good, delivery couldn’t be any faster.
The recent bad reviews on here seem to relate to another website with a similar name which seems to have been taken down now.

Started using this company since it’s…

Started using this company since it’s launch around 10 years ago directly from this site & other reputable online retailers.

Didn’t receive the product..it’s been exactly one month & have been told that it’s on its way, then that they are changing warehouses (prior to Christmas?!!) v odd!

I’ve opened a case now to obtain a refund. Lost faith in this British brand..shame on you!

Disappointing Quality and Packaging

I ordered several items from Aurelia as a gift, but after a two-week wait, they arrived in unacceptable condition. The Konjac Sponge, meant for a baby, was unpackaged despite the website showing it in secure packaging. The book was dirty and bent, the Pillow Mist and Bath Oil packaging was worn and torn, and the Woodland Friends Gift Suitcase was scratched and poor quality, with a broken closure. I’ve submitted a complaint and will update this review after their response. Very disappointed so far – not what I expected for a gift.

Scammers, rude and incompetent customer service

I will no longer shop this company. The ordering process is rigged. I reached the amount for free shipping and they still tried to charge me 24.95. There is always a problem trying to order. I contacted them the other day and got some witch who wrote me back saying it was out of her hands to help me or offer a solution. I will never shop them again nor will I recommend them. I looked at other reviews and it seems as though I’m not alone with out rude the people are that work at this company. Not a single reply either about the shipping that is supposed to be complimentary after spending 150 US dollars. Clearly, they don’t care and don’t need the business. That is perfectly fine with me as I’ve already found another company much better and much nicer & cheaper here in the United States.

Stressful and upsetting - great products but subscription service not worth it

Stressful and upsetting. I have loved their products for so long. My subscription with them is set to 12 weeks, yet, for some odd reason, it is coming early. My initial plan was to pause it. Despite what it says on their website, there is no option to manage the subscription in my account. After trying to do this for over an hour I decided I'd rather cancel the subscription before it renews. There isn't even an option to delete my account with them, which I am sure is not even legal. Have called their number over 5 times, left a message. Have emailed them to the address on their website and their customer service one. I still am waiting for a response and losing all hope.

Updated to add that I finally got someone (through email) to cancel my subscription. It's a shame as I rate their natural deodorant really highly, but the subscription service I would not recommend.

Appalling customer service
I am only giving them one star because I have to due to appalling customer service.
I had an issue with a product purchased in error on subscription. They told me to send the products back and they would refund me as a goodwill gesture, plus the postage. That was over 12 months ago but my most recent telephone call and email that I reluctantly escalated from a request for support to a formal complaint was only a few weeks ago, again was ignored. Aurelia have purposefully ignored all correspondence and have flouted their duty of care to me. Not cool. This upset and frustrated me because I realised I did not matter to them. It was rude and dismissive. I used to spend a considerable amount on their products. No longer. If the willingness on their part to help customers isn’t there, they do not deserve my business. I now use other products and would advise others not to risk spending their hard earned money with this company who sadly can’t be trusted.

Terrible customer service and now I’m…

Terrible customer service and now I’m out $300. I’ve used their products for some time now and most recently I placed a large order. I received shipping email and according to the tracking I should I received it a week ago. I never received it and grew concerned. I emailed them a week ago and still not have gotten a reply. I emailed again also no response. I’m really disappointed and it’s a large sum of money. This has given me so much anxiety and I honestly don’t think I can continue to use their products, it’s not worth the hassle.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service; no order confirmation, no reply to an email and then the product just appears at your door, with a handful of packing chips inside a massive box. Good job the product is not damaged as I would have very little hope that they could resolve it. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order over two months ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I emailed C/S and texted inquiring several times only to be continued to be told how good their products are and to be patient and that they’re sorry for the inconvenience. The last email told me that if my shipping status hadn’t changed within 4-6 days, email them again and they’d see what they could do! Are you serious?! So I waited and emailed again asking for my refund AGAIN AND CRICKETS! I wish I would have just ordered my jumpsuits from elsewhere! I wanted to wear them while it’s still cold! At this rate, it’ll be summer IF I EVER RECEIVE THEM! Beware of this company…..

Thank you for your response. My order has actually arrived today, well packed and looks good. It’s a present and I think it’ll be well received. I do think you need to have an automated confirmation email on purchase and improve your customer service communication. Your products are apparently very good. A shame to be let down by admin.

ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Its my second time to purchase the products and I suddenly received notification from DHL that I need to pay 90 euro for 200 euro order, to which in their invoice indicated I had paid the tax upon checkout and I had emailed them 9 times for the past 1 week, and I had left Europe and now the product is stranded.

It said 2 working days by DHL but the products are shipped much later and up to this very DATE, no response from their end and my products are about to be sent back to them.

First they are late in delivering the goods, and then I asked for a refund - NO RESPONSE, and then about the taxes, again no Response.

So basically, they have no intention to solve my order and if the goods are returned to their end, I lost both money and goods.

Dont purchase from this website! EVER!

Lost order and didn't return money

I did order 21/05/2023 on their website.
It was 1 month ago! 1 month ago, Karl!
I sent emails to them on 2 email addresses. Also, I texted message to Instagram account. They answered that they had issues with delivery to Cyprus but they could resolve all issues and will send my order.
Unfortunately, I have not received my order yet!

Now they've been silent for a week. They don't want to return money and deliver order.
If you want to use their service, please think many times before do it.

I have been a loyal user of their products for the past few years however, over the last year I’ve made two purchases & will never purchase from them again. The first, I purchased their probiotic supplements (part of a very large order) when received, expired the following week! I explained there was nothing stating as much on their website & provided photos. They then updated their website stating said expiration date! The customer service & rudeness was a bit of a surprise given my years of loyalty. I decided to try them again & placed a large order recently, it arrived all shoved into an envelope with no bubble wrap or protection in transit. Each box had been crushed, luckily the products were undamaged. The products aren’t cheap but I feel they don’t put the care into the packaging anymore, so I wonder, are they putting the same energy into the products? I won’t purchase again nor recommend them.

Appalling customer service

I have placed an order the 30th of November (it's the 19th of Dec now and the order hasn't shipped yet).
It was taking an exceeding long time to get shipped, so I had to buy new products somewhere else. Since the website still showed my order as "Processing", I kindly asked for it to be cancelled and refunded.
I got a late answer saying it wasn't possible because the order was now ready and about to ship. Which was clearly false, as 6 days later the order is still showing as "Processing" on the website. I have asked for a cancellation/refund again, but no answer so far. I am now pretty annoyed at this bad experience, and hope to cancel (or return, if it ever gets shipped!) my purchase and never order from this website again.

I made an nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received my items.although it stated 3-5 business work days. I’ve emailed and no one has got back to me. This is an ongoing problem with Aurelia.. Bottles don’t have as much as they should do in them also when checking out says should receive a free gift sample and I never get that also. As much as I love their products this is letting them down and I feel I may take my business elsewhere
