Efficient team, friendly people
Austen Lloyd are great. Due to the nature of what I wanted I spoke to three people, including Charlotte and Isabel. They are incredibly efficient and they work really well together as a team, it's quite refreshing to see post Covid. They communicate brilliantly so if you deal with one, you get the benefit of the others. It is the best agency I dealt with during this process, they make it painless.
Isabel placed me at my new role. She is really friendly, very efficient and very good at keeping you in the loop. I could not have asked for more. I would 100% recommend reaching out to her to see what roles she has available, if there's a potential fit she will be quick to help you.

The service I received from Isabel at Austin Lloyd was better than I could have asked for. Isabel was attentive, proactive, professional and understanding. During a difficult time in between jobs, Isabel offered a much appreciated listening ear. Isabel always made herself available to talk and regularly checked in with me to discuss new roles and changes in the market. Firstly, Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment are friendly, welcoming and professional in delivering their service.
Freya Jones-Griffiths who dealt with my recruitment was supportive, professional but most importantly she listened to what my expectations and the package I wanted.
She kept me informed throughout the process and remained transparent and independent to obtain the best outcome for me.
Even until the last moment, as she was going on her holidays she placed my on going negotiations with a colleague, Ian Schroeter who was a gentleman and of great assistance whilst dealing with my recruitment in Freya’s absence.
