I wasted 30 minutes of my time after this site came up on google when I asked for online free autism tests for adults.

I'm surprised there aren't a lot more one star reviews over this issue.

It's not that they charge for the test, it's that they are SNEAKY about it.

If you go to the page for their online test for adults, they warn you it's not a definitive diagnosis and explain other things. Using "searh" in firefox I looked for 'cost', 'fee' and '$'on that page and they are nowhere on the page.

So I got to the test page itself and I scrolled through the entire test first, specifically looking for any indications of a fee. AND THERE ARE NONE.

I went through the test and it does, and should, take time because you need to think about each question carefully to provide honest answers, to get a correct result at the end.

Then you get to the last field where it asks you to enter your name and email address.... and as soon as you enter your email address, a new text field scrolls into view below the email address telling you the test costs $2.99. And then fields appear below that for your credit card information.

IMO, this is a scummy as it gets.
1. It's not the amount. $2.99.
2. It's the fact that they don't tell you up front that there is a fee of $2.99 before you invest 30 minutes of your time into the test. They're "banking" on you not being willing to walk away after putting your time into it and giving them the money.
3. It's the fact that aside from the above two, THEY INTENTIONALLY HIDE THE FACT THAT THERE IS A FEE until you've completed the test and supplied your name and email. IT'S NOT THERE until after you've completed the test.

Ask yourself this: If a company is going to hide the fact that there is a fee for their online test right up to the last minute, when you've invested your own time into the process.... How much are you going to "trust" anything else they supply you with? If they hid the cost of the first test from you until the last minute, how many other costs are they going to hide from you down the road? (And other one star reviews suggest they are in fact doing that too.)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Suggestion: Go to ChatGPT or Google AI, and ask them for totally free online autism tests for adults or children, and indicate you've tried some that don't disclose a fee until the last minute. You'll get good answers for better tests that are actually free.

NOTE: For full disclosure, I discovered that when you get to the point that you are asked to enter your name and email address, I just noticed you are not even half way through the page. If you keep scrolling down the page, way down below the end of the test you'll get to a section titled: "Other FAQs About This Autism Test For Adults". In the list is a question: Is this a free test? If you click it, it discloses that there is a $2.99 fee.

IE: It's technically "buried in the fine print" that very few people will ever look for beforehand. Meaning, it's still a slimy practice that should cast doubt on how many other things will be 'buried in the fine print' if you buy any of their services.

Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!!!!
…and yes they emailed like they wanted to resolve issues but ghosted thereafter!

Eventhough, I cancel my membership with them before the end of 7 days trial but they charged me £52.
I am trying to contact them and cancel my membership and get refund but they are not responding at all nor per email or in thier app.
No one respond in thier chat OT only reboot and they keep telling someone is going to respond but noone respond and you can't cancel it from the app

Shameful - Scam Company
SHAME on Autism 360 for preying on families with children with special needs, like we do not have enough to deal with as it is. Shameful.

It's a scam company, I signed up for their newsletter then saw it was not useful for me and wanted to unsubscribe - there is no way of doing that! They keep charging me each month, the phone number is not a real number and they do not respond to emails.
Given that, I do not trust these other good reviews, no way they are genuine. A proper company would have a working phone number and would reply to emails. It's been months that I contact them with no answer. I have to call my credit card company each month to undo the payment. It's a huge pain.
