Very disappointing customer service and communication.

I found a vehicle online, contacted the company to express my interest, and was informed that the vehicle had not yet arrived on site. Following discussions with the sales team, I applied for finance and received pre-approval. The company subsequently emailed me confirming this and advised me to wait for the vehicle to arrive, be fully prepared, inspected and made ready for viewing.

Based on these communications, I reasonably expected to be contacted once the vehicle became available. Unfortunately, no updates were provided. After waiting several days, I contacted the company myself only to be informed that the vehicle had already been reserved by another customer.

The experience became even more disappointing during my call today. The initial representative adopted an unprofessional tone, refused to introduce themselves and, when I requested to speak to a manager, claimed that they were the manager. When I asked for their name, they refused to provide it and responded, "You don't need to know my name. I am the manager. What you need is the answer, not my name." The tone throughout the conversation was dismissive and unhelpful.

This later proved not to be the case, and only after a lengthy and frustrating discussion was I eventually able to speak to a manager.

At no stage did anyone apologise for the poor communication or acknowledge the inconvenience caused, despite the considerable time I had already invested in the process.

My disappointment is not that the vehicle sold, but rather the lack of communication, transparency, professionalism and basic customer care throughout the process. A simple update or clear advice to place a reservation would have avoided the entire situation.

Based on my experience, both customer communication and customer service standards require significant improvement.

Me and my partner spent 6k on a people carrier and was told it had been serviced and M.O.T tested with zero problems. We were also told that the car had been approved by AA. We bought it in August 2024 and we've had nothing but problems with it. The 1st few weeks we had the car it had to go back 3 times for work to be carried out on it for problems that wasn't picked up on when it had its service. We've since spent nearly 2k on the car to try and keep it on the road. It's not old and in fact it's a 2011 plate. It's currently sitting in a VW garage having a new turbo fitted, the dpf filter is completely clogged and can't regen it. The oil filter hasn't been changed in years despite auto infusion stating it had a full service. We're absolutely disgusted that this has happened and we will do everything possible to make sure we're compensated for the money spent on it. I do not recommend auto infusion to anybody. When my partner went to look at the car they didn't even have it ready for a test drive. That's a red flag straight away. The garage had our car parked behind another and obviously didn't want us taking it out. Awful experience.

Me and my wife went to see a Honda cr-v on Saturday they brought the car out I looked around it I then asked if I could take it for a test drive which they let me on our own they also gave me all the documentation to read through which I did they made us feel relaxed and never pressured us into buying anything they were polite helpful made us a beverage I then went out looked underneath the car loved it we then sat down disgussed me buying the vehicle it only had 6 months mot on the car I then asked if he would put a full year on it straight away he replied yes of course we will it went to the test centre where they noticed it needed a lower arm Bush he then called me explaining the situation they had to do work on it then retest it I didn't have a problem with that and like they promised they drove it down to us after a valet and a mot pass looks absolutely beautiful like a new car very happy the wife is over the moon couldn't be happier very nice honest people to deal with would definitely recommend them to anyone 10 out of 10👍👍👍
